First time trying this place. Was excited. Will be the last time.Chicken Alfredo, what can I say. Classic right? Yeah if there was more than 3 pieces of chicken. The noodles taste like they were made in Italy. And by that I mean made there, shipped, sat in port for 3 weeks then reheated. The sauce was tasty. If I wanted soup that is.Their breadsticks were abysmal. Soggy and tasted like someone bought a loaf of white bread, put garlic butter on it and rolled it up. The mozzarella balls were so tough and hard it was like eating a cheesy jawbreaker. The only thing good about this meal was the marinara sauce. Just like you would get from a can at Walmart. If I could rate this lower I would. But unfortunately you have to give at least 1 star. And that's simply for how clean the coubters looked.

Molly was fantastic! I love coming to Fazoli’s when I visit Ames!! I wish we had one in Orlando. All the staff were super nice!! The food was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Overall experience was very good. Our server, Derrick, was exceptionally helpful & patient when we were placing our order. Food was a little too salty. Otherwise overall experience was very good.

Although this is an older building, my granddaughter and I had a great lunch together.. wonderful memories cause it was a excellent atoms here!! The young man that was at the register was an outstanding young man!! Thank you!!

Have had good luck here in the past but on this day we sat and ate, and looked around and every single table that wasn't occupied (which was alot) still had plates and garbage from previous guests. We got a kick out of watching people come in and looking for a seat. Then when we got our food some of it was not very warm. I will go back again because we've always had good luck here but was not impressed this time

Food and service was excellent. Server explained the lunch specials to us.

They do make mistakes on orders quite often times, especially on drive through, but we never thought it’s a big deal. They have a good breadsticks.

Yesterday my wife and I stopped at the Ames Fazoli for lunch. It was my wife’s first experience with Fazoli’s and it was an absolute hit. The food was delicious. We had Spaghetti and Fettuccini Alfredo and their delicious bread sticks. The food was only the beginning the staff was gracious and helpful and rewarded us with an excellent dining experience. The staff and manager are to be commended !

It was good lasagna was crusty already when I got it

I ordered loaded fettuccine and a small pop. Their pop machine was broken with no carbonation. The grilled chicken tasted like bad chicken jerky. Bread sticks was crunchy, not soft like it used to be. The Alfredo sauce was runny, and little flavor. Before I left, I asked for a refund for the soda I didn't get to drink. The manager that was there on Tuesday night September 21st gave me cash for$1.50. I didn't look up the actual cost for their show pop until I was half way back to my city an hour and a half away that it cost $2.29. I know that's a small amount, but it was the service from a manager, and her don't want to deal with it attitude I'm putting on here. She was not apologetic towards the situation, made it feel like it was my fault for pointing it out that the sofa didn't have carbonation. I didn't take my receipt, I just never needed to take my receipt before.
