Waited 30min in the drive through for a small order. They were absolutely packed on a random Sunday. Garbage.

My experience here was not one you'd expect from Culver's. The bun on my burger was kind of soggy, and the cheese was not melted at all. The cheese curds as well were not the normal squeaky fresh...Still better than "fast" fast food, but not up to scratch with expectations...

Love Culvers! I use the drive thru mostly and sometimes the line can get long around meal times, but can't blame other people for wanting a good burger too ?Highly recommend bacon cheeseburger!
Good, but different curds: We are frequent Culver’s-Ames diners. Normally I would give them 4-5 stars, especially in light of how they have handled streamlining their drive-thru amidst the pandemic. Honestly, they figured it out early on and have maintained quick service in the busier drive-thru era of these days. However, the last two times we’ve gotten food from them, their cheese curds are clearly NOT their usual yummy cheese curds. I understand if they are having distribution issues, but please alert patrons upon ordering that they are different, in case they’d rather change their order.
Quick service in drive thru. Food was fresh, desired temperature and really good. Highly recommend. :)

Inside store is clean, the drive through does a really good job. Fried shrimp, onion rings, mushrooms and swiss, chicken strips, can’t get those good stuff in some states or in different countries for sure.
