My wife and I love Cold Stones and this was our first venture to this one was great. Greeted with a smile and a great attitude by employees working. Portion was great.We were in no way disappointed

I did not have my cards and wanted to pay through Samsung Pay. They don't have NFC payment machines. The manager was super nice. She helped me pick the order from the website and pay on the site instead. Ice cream was yummy as always.

Completely incorrect ingredients on my son's birthday cake. Of course we didn't discover this until we cut into it. Ordered online so building the cake should have been relatively straightforward. For the record, I didn't even know they had English walnuts. Yet there they were in the mint ice cream that was sandwiched between strawberry cake. ?
Ice cream was good as always, but several of the interior lights strobe due to the ceiling fans they have and they gave several people in my group migraines after being inside for a short period of time.

They serve fantastic ice cream with a variety of flavours. One might need to try out different options to find whats best for you. Servers are excellent and has the best recommendations for you.
