Very disappointed. Chicken was gross and chewy. Could not even order a quesadilla unless I ordered it online. Loaded on the toppings, gave barley any chicken and rice. Miswell have gotten a bowl of sour cream. Made everything cold. Gave barley any queso even tho they charge 2 dollars more. Chips were stale. Cashier was slow and clueless.
One of the only places in town you can get carbs/protein/vegetables without a ton of fat for a decent price. The post-pandemic slump seemed to have really hurt the service and I think a few reviews were spot on for that time...but the past few months it's been back to standard Chipotle.
Inferior quality food and service as compared to what I'm used to receiving at other Chipotles in other towns. They neglected to include the salsa that was paid for, charged for extra tortillas on a "put the tortillas on the side" order, AND the chips were stale! How much more can you get wrong people?!
Very accommodating when I ordered food for 30 people on the Saturday evening of Iowa State undergraduate commencement. We did end up missing the sofritas in our order but everything else was great and ready to go on time.

Been a huge fan of pancheroes for the longest time but since i found out about chipotle its hands down way better. You can tatse the freshness in every bite and ordera dont take very long to conplete even when there is a huge line.Thanks for all the hard work you guys do keep it up
Worst Chipotle I have ever been to… My wife and I love Chipotle, but this location has been rude and charges extra if you want a little more salsa or cheese, and the amount of extra was literal pinches… Plus the initial amount depends on the server’s hand size. We will have to drive to Ankeny to go to a Chipotle that is decent. The only reason this location survives is that it’s located in a University town with not a lot of options and I’m guessing the patrons don’t know any better.
I'm heartbroken for all the negative reviews because of the quick knee-jerk reactions to the larger systemic issues plaguing our service industry. Yes, I am annoyed at waiting for my mobile orders beyond 20+ mins but Chipotle customer service has always treated me well and these places are trying to recruit for more help so you've gotta try your best to be patient. I think the food has always been pretty good despite what others have said.Corporate really done goofed Boo-rrito night though. Never forget the massive crowd that spilled over into Aldi's parking lot.
Just went here. Ordered a veggie bowl, asked for a little more lattice to find out later on the receipt that in charged a dollar extra for half a handful of lattice. No mention or anything... this Place has become terrible over the years. Do not go here! Dishonest business
Worst chipotle ever. 7 straight times no chips… I didn’t know making chips or having the supplies and resources to make chips for a full day would be the equivalent to life on Mars! This manager needs to learn how to run a successful franchise and he can start with having enough chips for one day out of the year.
