The manager at this taco bell was super kind but the doors to the restaurant are always locked so door dashers cant pick up deliveries without going through the drive through. The drive through is always backed up because the employees do not show up or they smoke. My dasher said they saw employees smoking for thirty minutes outside. This is unacceptable and whoever owns this tacobell has to hire better employees. The drive through took over 30 minutes to get through.
Today is 04/21/2022, this is a poor excuse for a restaurant! This store needs a better manager aswell as a motivated crew I've been in the drive thru that is completely wrapped around the building now, 2 cars have been served in 30 minutes, and they closed the lobby for dashers and Uber drivers. And have disconnected the phone line to ignore customers, this should not be exceptable, and action needs to be taken against the one in charge for allowing this to happen, I've never seen such a poor display of of customer service in my life time this is outright ridiculous.
I can't give it a negative rating so I guess 1 it is!!!! Please save your VALUABLE TIME & money!!! 50, 50 minutes in their drive thru, holy he..! I never would have waited if I didn't promise someone Taco bell, never again?
Terrible quality and service went through the Drive thru only to get home and throw it all away ordered steak nachos as you see in the picture’s they didn’t put cheese and put beef and plenty of beans hardly any steak my Doritos locos basically all lettuce tomato and cheese The quesadilla didn’t even have cheese nor meat in certain sections had one piece of chicken in the whole Quesadilla never again will I waste money on TACO BELL
I ordered through the mobile app and had selected pick up in store only to have all doors be locked even though their doors state they are open for dining. This place doesn’t close till like 2 am. It was 7:54. I am so unbelievably upset with them. I also didn’t get my two cinnamon twists. Very disappointed and kinda want a refund for the things you guys screwed up. My food is also cold because I had to wait so long. Thanks for nothing Taco Bell
Tacos are taco bullish tacos. Special burrito was great. But the rice bowl was awesome chicken bean guacamole sour cream and only 5 bucks. Super delicious super affordable
Awful food. Not event worth $1. It is complete waste. I was very hopeful that one day they will improve but I guess not. Lost hope. I rather go to nice Mexican Restaurant and pay $10 more and I will be satisfied. These guys are never going to improve. Need some competition of Taco Bell. Frustrating.
Was told they were closing the lobby, acknowledged the closure. Employee staff extremely rude and unprofessional. One employee was very aggressive in the fact that they already told us not to order in the lobby because they were short staffed, which we were not even told. Another employee then came over and berated us for not leaving, when I stated I was canceling my order since I was inputting my name to order when they were kicking customers out of the lobby. Then had the audacity to tell me to take it easy, not sure why they decided to close the lobby earlier if they knew they were this understaffed, incompetent management and staff.
We ordered 2 tacos and got a bag full of 8 tacos. I asked specifically for 2 potato tacos and they gave us beef and steak. The guy on the window was super rude and said I can’t do anything about it. Worst customer care and long wait times. We ended up having no food after ordering simple 2 things.
this particular location is awful. not sure if it’s a lack of proper training or being overworked (probably both) but the people working here simply don’t care. drive thru runs incredibly slow every time i go & they make it explicitly clear they don’t want you ordering in the lobby. if you order doordash or a similar service you wait over an hour/hour and a half or they end up cancelling your order altogether. not to mention half the time the order is messed up, usually missing items or wrong items. today i got tacos that were half full, it’s frustrating paying $8 for a combo meal that yields skimpy unfilled tacos. if you’re on the west side just take the time to drive over to the taco bell on 43, i hardly ever have problems there. i’d give this place a -1/5 if i could.
