Hello. This is a review of a review.. if that's allowed. I'm actually wanting the chance to apologize and explain to the customer who said I was rude and refused to make another sandwich after a fly sat on his. (Seeing this 3 months later but pretty sure I remember this situation)I couldn't make out what he was saying due to the mask, accent and of course unexpected request. I wasn't being rude, I just kept asking what he was saying. I caught the last 2 words "on it" each time but couldn't figure out what he wanted on it, I thought he was asking for something we didn't have so I said No. After he was out the door I figured out what he was saying. I didn't see a fly. It was a misunderstanding. Please accept my apology and if you come in I'll buy you a sandwich:)
We are vegetarian and when we requested the person making the sandwich to change the gloves they became very rude in the behavior. Though she washed her hands and started making the sandwich it was not a very comfortable .Then on top of it she left the other person working g both in the cash register and makjng sandwich to take the rest of it. And the next person makjng the sandwich started makjng sandwich with no gloves which were torn and completely fingers visible and touching the ingredients of the sandwich with the naked hands.Apart from vegetarian they should understand its covid times and they have to be extra careful which most of the others are doing and expected the same
The lady was extremely rude. A fly sat on the sandwich while she was making it and she refused to make another one. No sense of hygiene especially during a pandemic!
