Every single time I have come here, my drink has been made wrong. I pay extra money for syrup or other things to be added and they only EVER give me a regular latte. I have never been more disappointed with a Starbucks in my life. They should be held accountable.
I ordered pink drink “with strawberries” and something else came
Pretty long wait times but it is a small staff
Consistently good service; friendly people; and a really impressive store manager.
They place orders inconsistently on the different counters and forget to call out the order name.
Whoever made my drink on 11/27/21 at around 3:30 PM should be promoted to CEO because the milk to coffee ratio is absolutely perfect. I’ve never been able to say that about a Starbucks drink ever in my life before… BUT GAWDDANG THIS DRINK IS GOOD.update: I’ve meant to say this review on Bloomington in Starbucks but I’m most than positive that your 3:30 PM service is up to par.
Multiple times I've ordered on starship and I have received the wrong thing. I have to fight with the starship people to get a refund.

Super slow service. But some pleasant people working there.But I repeat: super slow.Drinks were accurate.
Gets really busy during the school year. Plus, it’s a starbucks. Overpriced coffee and frappa dappa whatever (or as I call them, white girl milkshakes). Still, it’s a decent location and at a great spot on campus.
