Frappuccino is but McDonald's Frappe is cheaper and about as good.
This is my go-to place before driving to campus or heading home to visit family. The employees are very kind and can usually pump drinks out very quickly. The drive-thru line can get incredibly long sometimes (we're talking 20 cars deep) but you can usually go in and get it a little quicker. Lots of outlets and decent amount of seating inside.
This Starbucks does a pretty good job of making quality drinks while moving the line in a timely manner. The drive thru staff in the morning is typically very nice as well.

The product is great and service is okay most days, but they need to do something about the drive thru causing traffic to back up in the morning.
Inside orders are not a priority. The drive thru and mobile orders are priority.
Why is this coffeeshop so unnecessary loud. Music is supposed to blend with the background into white noise, which helps people focus. But it sounds more like a bar than a coffeeshop. The crew is so careless and unprofessional with their techniques. Even sitting in the back corner, you can hear everything, even the slamming of fridge door and spoon dinging against the countertop.
Always order the biggest size and get the smallest. Both sizes start with T but a 20 ounce difference.
