Very disappointed that they started opening at noon instead of earlier and even stopped allowing pick-up orders to be placed online to be ready near noon. I don't have time to wait in line that late. Also, the service and attitude of the staff went very downhill after the manager who was there 3 or so years ago left. I rarely go now, but miss it being a good option for lunch.
Never had been to Potbelly before but I’ve been told it is really good. So I went into the restaurant to check it out and when asking about app promotions to get a better deal I was ignored. One of the staff said there are no promotions and just left while the other staff just stared at me. I just wanted a stupid sandwich. Who trained these people? Never going back.
Came to pick up an order for my office. 9 sandwiches. Was told they don’t open until noon. Who has a lunch menu but doesn’t open until noon? Anyway, they said I could pick it up at 11:45. I showed up a little early and the door was unlocked. When I walked in someone yelled “We don’t open until noon!” I let them know I was there to pick up an order and their door still says open 10-9. They told me the red sign had the new hours but those were hours for holidays. Anyway, I told them I was ok to wait for the order. They told me I had to leave the store because they weren’t open yet. Everyone was very rude in their demeanor and made me not want to use them for the office again! What would happen if it were a normal order for our office which is 20-25 sandwiches? Anyway, not impressed with the customer service!
The food is extremely good but staff was very rude and dismissive for no reason at all today when I showed up. I know some of you guys might not like dealing with customers everyday but please learn to be more hospitable and kind. It is not hard. Extremely disappointed.
Staff is super rude, two specific employees in particular. If the food was cheaper it might be worth it, but it's not worth being treated this way.Potbelly is OK but stick to the ones in larger cities who can fire the bad workers quickly.

Delicious ingredients. The bread is actually tasty and doesnt taste like bread-flavored cardboard. I love the variety of ingredients. The Mediterranean is my favorite sandwich on the menu, and has been for years! The place has some fun Purdue memorabilia, too.
The people at this location give no care towards customers here. I would not recommend wasting your time here
Good food at amazing prizes. Do check out the chicken pot pie. Staff is excellent.
