This place is a mess. The hours are all over the place. They have inconsistent service. Online ordering is spot on the best of days. Frankly Penn Station should revoke their franchise.
luv penn station. but this location is never open. takes too long to drive to the other one in lafayette. but i have to drive there bc whenever i roll up to this one it's closed, even though the hours are 11am-5/9pm. there is a sign on the door that sometimes says they open at 4pm. but if they close at 5pm most of the time, are they only open for 1 hour a day? this store location is ridiculous.

Ordered a small Rueben small fries large drink. The sandwich only had one thin slice of meat in it and the fries were cold and limp. Very disappointed. Won’t go back. And they weren’t that busy.
I think people need to take into consideration that there is 1 manager doing the job of 4 . The manager is trying but she is only 1 person
hours say open yet the door says 4oclock. guess what, im going to subway from now on. this is ridiculous. its not that hard to hold normal business hours or to update google hours
I have been here previously and not forced to wear a mask since covid started. As I'm standing typing my review I was told when I walked in if I didn't wear a mask they wouldn't serve me. The employees are not wearing the masks properly so if you really think they work, I think you should be enforcing your employees to wear them properly rather than getting an attitude with the customer when they walk in without the mask on. I told the manager I didn't think it was that important since her employees were not wearing their masks properly and she said what? I told her it was not important because I was hungry and just wanted my food. But I will not be back.
Now i am not a sandwich person, but youtube has been bombarding me with this advertisement so I finally went down, having to take a bus AND walk 15 minutes.The staff are super friendly, the food is hot and fresh, love their lemonade!
Every time I call to place a order NOBODY answers even when their open. Called 10 times back to back nobody answered I drove up there and there were OPEN and not even busy! Completely over the west Lafayette Penn Station.
