I like the booths at Panera; they are great for meeting a friend or a client. The food was good as well. And I love their new unlimited coffee plan each month; the best in the business.
I tried the new chicken sandwich. It was pretty good. The service seem a little slow. It took us 22 minutes to get our food.
I used to work here. Came in and my meal was missing and they refused to make it because I might be scamming them. So I had to show my receipt and finally got my order. Thank you for giving me the worst toxic place I’ve ever worked at Olivia ❤️?✨
I picked up my Order tonight and I got 2 bowls of broccoli and cheddar soup and they didn’t give me any bread and when I called the restaurant to tell them they acted like the phone hung up accidentally and then I called back 8x no one would answer very disappointed after a hard day at work and I couldn’t get enjoy my supper
Not a huge chain place fan, but stopped in here for a quick bite. Great service, a young lady (Shelby) was very patient in explaining the menu and options available. Soup and drinks were great, sandwich was a little too much bread for my liking.

I ordered a DoorDash pickup. And it doesn’t let you order bear claws so I walked up to the line and waited a good fifteen minutes. Which I understand It’s a busy morning. But I’m up next and the girl looks at me and says. You can order at a kiosk. So I walked over realized it doesn’t do Apple Pay at the kiosk. And I was not about to stand in line for an extra 20 minutes. So I gave up and left grabbed my order and they didn’t even put straws in my bag! I don’t know I’d have a talk with the employees about not telling costumers to go order at a kiosk instead just deal with the line. I understand it can be overwhelming but it’s ridiculous she yelled that. I myself have worked at a bakery. I never once said that! people do prefer to order at a cash register than a kiosk.

The only reason I am giving three stars is because service is fast here, and half the time my food is really great. But over the last year, the quality here has gone way down. The salads I get to-go come with barely any dressing in the cup (the cup is about half way full. Often on the breakfast sandwich I get an avocado, and it is a gamble whether it is too hard or soft enough to eat. Typically I try to not complain, but this has happened so often it needs noted. Lastly, today, I ordered an egg white avocado bfast sandwich to-go and it was supposed to have spinach, it did not, which is fine. But it was replaced with soggy, brown, arugula.
