I was picking up an order and when I arrived the manager Enrique informed me that they were waiting to start the order until they confirmed that I was going to be able to pick it up. I was not happy about having to wait another 20 minutes but I did not say anything negative to them. The manager began to lecture me about my attitude even though I had not said anything negative to them. The order was canceled and I left. He followed me out of the restaurant yelling across the street at me threatening to banned me from the restaurant if I came back with a bad attitude. I return to the restaurant a few days later to pick up another order and the manager refused to give me the order and threatens to banned me from the restaurant again despite the fact that, again, I did not say or do anything negative or disruptive. Since he was refusing to give me the order enjoying his power trip I left. I will not return to this location and I do not recommend anyone eat at the store since the management is abusive to the customers
I was worried about how crazy busy they were when I got there, even for being on campus, but they were super quick and noone had to wait on any food refill bowls or anything. I was impressed.
Every single time I go there the order is wrong or messed up. I really wish there was another panda close to campus, I even used to DoorDash and the waits would be over an hour long to pick up a single order. Long wait times, bad service, constant mess ups, the only redeeming quality is the foods good when they can get it right.
Half filled family meal for full price, can't even get the order right. Ordered 2 chow mein and got one (3/4 full) fried rice one chow mein. :(
It was great.. Cant go wrong.Added fun i got a double fortune cookie..it was fun
No parking anywhere. Rude staff and there always a long line. They treat delivery drivers that make them money by doing their seliveries like second class citizens too which is why I wont eat there.
Pretty much what you expected for a fast-food place.
Only reason they got a 3 star is because the food tatse good and they were very nice . But took forever to get my food to me.
It's fake Chinese food with lots of sugar, what more could you want? I've had my fair share of issues at this place, but their custom service has always been pretty awesome throughout the years. Which considering the staffs turn over rate, I'm impressed at. I often do online pickup or delivery which 9/10 times it's correct, but sometimes it's just not, it happens, just tell them and they'll take care of you. In store there's generally zero issues, but they do get crazy busy occasionally, especially if purdues dining halls are closed.
Massive fly in my food. Safe to say I'm not coming back to this one, maybe ever.
