Do you know when you aren’t sure what you’re hungry for…. So you’d like to see the menu? Well I was going through the drivethru and the screen has the previous car’s transaction on it. I pulled up to have a lady ask about rewards & what I’d like to order. I said I didn’t have the menu screen & could she show it. Then dead silence! Nothing! Silence! More silence! I finally said hello? She responds by… WAITING ON YOU! What??? I have no menu. Screen didn’t change! I explained and asked .. do you have yogurt parfait? Answer… NO! This lady was so RUDE!!! It was her attitude & tone that just was awful.So I said I wasn’t ordering and out of line I went!Then I waiting a few minutes & decided to call the McD establishment. I told them the story. Person that picked up phone answered by saying well they don’t have control over the screens changing. I said well I’ve asked in past when needed and employee changed it. Plus the lady at the drive through could have told me that. By simply saying it might take awhile to change and then check back to me! The lady I got said nothing. She didn’t say after a little while has the screen changed, can I help you. Instead the lady said ….. WELL I’M WAITING ON YOU! What?I just wanted to order something & it’s kind of hard to do without a menu!!! I don’t usually do negative reviews because most people are nice. This lady was horrible!
One word: Slowww…It just took almost 30 minutes to get through the drive through. This is very typical of this location. If I didn’t have kids, I wouldn’t even bother. The people inside are just THAT slow. Waiting at the window, I managed to see the status board and they were handling 15 cars per hour. 15. The location could obviously handle at least twice that much traffic if the employees could keep up, but they just don’t.It seems like no one at this location knows how to handle fast food. Pity…
Their breakfast is like any other McDonalds, but their hot coffee is terrible. I may not have had worse hot coffee in my life. They lost two full stars for the hot garbage they served me two days in a row while I was in town for an event.
Wonderful experience and the customer service from the beautiful african american lady in the drive thru was phenomenal she made my day she was so sweet and nice and made sure my order was correct and her nails were really nice but definitely recommended going to this McDonald's
Had 2 Daily Double sandwiches and the lettuce was brown and yellow absolutely nowhere near fresh. The tomatoes were literally less than the size of a quarter. The cheese on the sandwiches were as cold as the fridge they came out of. They didn't even attempt to make the sandwiches "good".. The window on the buildings says hiring up to $15 an hour, I hope the person making them sandwiches wasn't making that. Very disappointed and I have low expectations from McDonald's.
I sat at the drive threw waiting to order (mind you they WASNT busy) for about 10 mins, then i said what i needed an they didnt even get it right...I work at a mcds an the one thing we try our best on is making sure ALL our orders have everything in it!Yall need work on your times!
Me and my 3 year old toddler got food poisoning from chicken nuggets. Not only was I worried about taking care of my toddler I was praying I wasn't going to die. This place has seriously gone done hill in the last year. Disappointed in this McDonald's
We will NOT go there ever again!! Took one order then said she couldn't hear him on second order ! And she move on to next drive-in customer... got to 2nd window very rude didn't even have drink ready with order.All in West Lafayette
