Worst fast food restaurant ever. This place always closes the lobby for no reason even though they said it's 24hr. Trying to use "inadequate staffs reason"? Come on. You receive drive-through orders, charge their cards, and make orders for them through the window. You just need to do the same thing but turn around and put the order on the lobby counter instead of to cars outside. Does that need extra 10 staffs to do? I don't really want to eat there, so don't worry about cleaning tables. I JUST DON'T HAVE A CAR! You are located in the middle of campus and you expect that all your customers drive cars around for having a quick meal? Please read through several other reviews. Lots of people said the exact same problem. It's very common seeing people walking to your door, trying to push it, and finding out that it's locked. How do you pretend to not see that every day? How do you feel when seeing them confusing and disappointed from the will to just go in and grab a quick meal? Satisfied? It's so weird that you manage your business by locking the lobby from preventing walk-in orders. Please do have a conciousness that you are promoting driving car and unnecessary emitting pollution every single day. Now, it pretty makes sense that people named you as junk food business.
Lady at the window with glasses got an attitude for doing her job wrong and blamed me for doing it wrong when every other McDonald's does it correctly. I do delivery, I clearly stated I have a pick up. She then asked for clarification and I specified the name of the delivery service and said it was a pick up. She told me to pull up. Next thing she should of done was to ask for the order number for confirmation. Instead, she didn't ask and threw me orders that weren't mine...Came back, told her she gave me the wrong orders. She then got an attitude and I quote "Whatever, pull up to the second window." Proceeded to tell me to tell her the name of the delivery service next time and putting blame on me for not saying it right. EVEN though I DID the FIRST TIME. Made me late to my deliveries. Do your job correctly so I can do mine.
They are listed as open for 24 hours, but half the time they lock their doors by 4pm and switch to drive-thru-only. I've been told it's because they're understaffed, but there were a ton of employees that I saw that just didn't want to deal with in-store customers.
Changing my rating from one star to four. Your employee working the drive thru on Sunday April 3 was the first employee to ever greet us with a smile. She was very sweet and professional. She needs to train your other employees! Only issue is doors were locked but sign on doors state come on in lol. Might want to fix that and let customers know dining area is closed.
Absolutely terrible. Usually close the lobby at noon for no reason and we have to stand cramped in the doorway and wait. Many times I’d encounter extremely rude staff members that would kick you out at 2 or 3 pm for “closing the lobby”. Much worse than the other counterparts in town.
me and my best friend went through the drive through and everyone was super friendly ! someone complimented my pants and there was the nicest hype beast working the window. 10/10 highly recommend
Absolutely horrible! I never leave reviews but this place is so bad and so slow CONSTANTLY even when there is literally nobody else here to serve. You will spend a minimum of 30 minutes and the drive-thru. If you work for GrubHub or another food service this will single-handedly kill your entire hourly wage.
Kiosks don't work either did the staff that was there. Waited for my coffee and got forgotten. Bkfast burritos raw and watery. My hash brown potatoe puck was definitely aged....?
We placed a large order for later pick up. They had all 60 sandwiches ready to go at the agreed time. The basketball boys appreciated it. The shock of a 60 cent difference in one of the sandwiches as opposed to another McDonald's but we ordered them anyway.
