Food was good, but some of the people there may make you uncomfortable. Probably not the best idea to have a smoke break right next to the front door where your customers walk in.Family and friends of staff members should really leave customers alone. We are here to eat; not to be handed gag gifts by strangers. Though the joke was kinda funny, it just wasn’t professional. I’m just thinking about how others may take it. Personally I didn’t mind the silliness, but others may be offended by it since it was an adult gag gift.
Closed, when the listed hours and the McDonald's app said they were open. Nothing stopping me from placing an order in the McDonald's app that I would never be able to pick up, thankfully I learned the last time that happened to me at the Stadium St McDonald's.Food has been mediocre at best in the past.How are all McDonald's in the area this utterly terrible?
This is the 4th time, in a row, before 10pm, over the course of 2 weeks, that they’ve stopped serving because they’re understaffed. If the issue is this consistent, someone needs to update the hours you have listed. You cannot be open 24 hours if you close at 8:45 PM.Edit: 6:00 PM is now the earliest I’ve seen. How do you even have a dinner menu if you don’t serve dinner
Not very good service today. The only person that talks to you is the guy when you order. Food was cold they missed half my order when I ordered so I had to go back through drive through twice. You guys really suck today
A few years ago there was a small fried cockroach in my fries here and the manager blamed me for accidentally biting into it (was at the bottom when I poured the last bits in my mouth). Sorry I didn’t know I had to inspect each bite from McDonald’s to make sure it wasn’t an insect. Called corporate and they did nothing. Manager just offered to give me a free fry. I haven’t eaten McDonald’s since.
Very very slow food was. Very cold I waited 30 minutes just for a 2 for 3 meal with a small shamrock shake when I finally got my food I asked for fresh fries because mine was super cold omgg the wait for the fries was 10 more minutes I’m so over this McDonald’s something needs to be done with management and staff
No one working the register. Ordered at the kiosk and got food very quickly. It was hot and tasty. The tables could have used a wiping.
After Ice Skating with my four angels, we were really in the mood for Hot Chocolate. We also got fries. The fries were adequate but the hot chocolate? Disappointing. Like my fifth child who can’t even skate backwards.
Great staff, friendly, welcoming, and spectacular service. Keep up the good work this is the only McDonald's I look forward to visiting
Very nice location easy to get into and back out on the street. Food was hot and fast, looked very clean and bathrooms were also clean.
