Absolutely disgusted at the Manager on duty (Patty). She didn't want to sell us a potato because IF someone places an online for one they won't have one. Then she offered us one after me being floored at her customer service, so we ordered one and BAM attitude and the typical eye roll because she didn't get her way. Next time I'll go across town and get better service. This is the 2nd time she's been a TERRIBLE Manager. To be clear this review is about her professionalism and immature acts behind the drink bar that she didn't think I could see. Not a potato.
Food was good, service was good. Music was too loud, had to move to find a quieter table.
Their spud max is a must-try! And every single kind of their sandwich is also hearty and flavorful. Staffs are friendly. However i feel the portion of their dishes has shrunken over the past year since they opened the restaurant at this site in 2021.
Quick bite for lunch. So glad those is in our area. Clean, fast service. Atmosphere is great!I love the Choose 2. My fav... Half a BLT-A and a cup of Veggie Chili.
Other locations may be better but this one is abysmal at getting custom online orders right. I don't think there's been flavor in my tea for the past few times when it's a paid extra and I customized my last order and got the regular unchanged sandwich.Still 2 stars because McAllister does have dang good ingredients and if you don't want a custom sandwich or flavor in your tea this place is probably alright for take out
Been waiting 20 minutes and finally got my samdwich(1st attempt was wrong. It’s more bread than content, horrible for the price what a disappointment. And the lady next to me ordered the wrong nachos so they upgrade her and my order came wrong first time and I still got the same old mediocre sandwich. Guess I’m not a local.Save your money everybody, go to subway.
Have reviewed McAlister's before. Food there is pretty good. Like the choice of sides. Try & sit away from the entrance on cold days to avoid the draft when the door is held open.
Had a very good salad. Avacodo, chicken. Was really good and nice size. Little let down on tea.
The food is always good, but at the West Lafayette one they want a tip at time of payment. You get your own drinks like other fast food places, and they don't come around and refill your drinks like they the McAlister does in Lafayette... so I don't know why they requeste a tip at payment every time. Tips follow service, the amount is solely based on The service by tipping first how would one know what to tip as you have not received any service at the register, beyond normal service... ? I find this to be overly annoying and down grade it from a 5 star to a 3 star. Who does the Tip go to, there is no real server. Here is a Tip remove the tip function and the rating will go up to 5 Star.
Liked the fact I did not have to wait on a drink refill. Clean, good staff, good food
