Ordered my food at 12:30 and it didn’t get here until 2. I tried to call and just cancel but apparently they run off their phones in the middle of the day here
Freaky fast! More like freaky slow! The last few times I have ordered it has taken well over an hour to get the food. Ordering food through grub hub is faster and we all know that is slow AF. The food is good though so that is why it gets the 3 stars.

This location seems pretty solid. Usually fast and ready. Mobile orders usually filled in about 5 minutes. Walking in usually done within a minute or two.
Worst store in the area. It used to be fast a couple years ago but now it’s garbage. You’re going to wait at least 90 minutes for a delivery no matter if it’s not busy. They can’t even make a sandwich correctly because they only hire teenagers and stoners.
The web site is horrible, got one out of 4 sandwiches wrong (completely wrong, for a family member that doesn't eat pork). The manager is disrespectful. Last time I'll order from there. Ever.
Quick easy and good.
It is an okay sandwich, nothing wrong with it, it is fresh, just not my favorite. Seems like exactly what I would make at home, so why go out and pay $11 for a meal?
I'll admit that I mostly eat here because it's near where I work, but I've been a lifelong fan of Jimmy John's. No other sandwich chain compares (*cough* Subway *cough*) - they're certainly freaky fast, as they would say, and their subs just taste way better. I usually order a kind of complicated Frankenstein's monster sub - Veggie with no cheese or mayo, add onions, oil & vinegar, and oregano basil (basically a vegetarian Vito) - and they get it right every time. Pretty good rewards program too. Can't beat it!
7/27-For starters, the cashier is not the guy you want customers to see when you walk in. The mail lady walked in before me. She was happy, but the guy was not pleasant. I was friendly, but got no response. I asked for heavy Jimmy peppers. When I got to work they had put nine peppers. I don't know if there's a limit, but they shouldn't offer them if they are going to be stingy. With so many food choices in this area I would expect management to be aware of how the employees are treating customers. I doubt I will return.
