Absolutely pathetic delivery service. They don't follow instructions. They put your order in front of automatic doors (at senior apartment) so when you open the doors, it smashes your order. I got a baby bite (very small scoop) of mint ice cream with a giant, hard brownie. Nothing fresh about this place.
Love all their cookies, but my favourites are the double chocolate and chocolate chips cookies. Try them fresh as soon as you get them over the counter, their warmth and the liquid chocolate will melt you away!

Ordered online to be delivered at specific time. Never received order. Called store for hours and nobody answered. Emailed customer service and received a call back from employee stating they would be delivered within an hour. 1 hour 45 min later I called back and she said they were too busy to deliver them 1.4 miles away. 8.5 hours later still no delivery. I asked for a refund.
Cookies were yummy but service was terrible. Blonde with glasses was the only one who was getting work done. Other workers meandered around with no sense of urgency with a lobby full of ppl. Waited 30 min for our order to be ready, told our order was ready, 30 min after that got order.
Cookies were fine. Girl working was incredibly rude.
Worst service ever, I've ordered 4 times & haven't gotten my cookies any of those times. Two of the times, they just cancelled the order and didn't tell us so we waited two hours for it. One time the ice cream was melted when we got the order. I get they might be understaffed, but at least send a text or call to let us know it's cancelled. The last time they sent an email telling us it was cancelled, but nobody checks their school email at 2am on a Friday night lol.
After ordering delivery and having the order arrive wrong, they sent a whole new order and that order was clearly baked fresh before being sent. Absolutely recommended.
Went on to get some cookies at midnight. The google maps said it would open, but apparently they were closing an hour early that day. Such a disappointment from a franchise, if you were closing early at least mention the change online. Wouldn’t have to drive for nothing.
They have amazing cookies!!! I got the mint double chocolate!!! And it was delicious! Definitely a place to stop by again!
