Somehow, they have never gotten my order wrong. Food is decent. Cheese curds and onion rings are great! Frozen custard is fantastic and they use malt syrup, not powder, which makes their malts so much better.
We went through drive through for ice cream. I had a mini chocolate shake, was good. My cousin had a hot fudge sundae. Which she enjoyed. My first to here, so I can't comment on other food items.
My 5 year old daughter and I really enjoy Freddy's! However the chicken tenders seem to be hit or miss... I had them once and they were the best fast food chicken I've ever had!!! But now that they switched to processed chicken they aren't really worth the $10... Just large chicken nuggets...
Tip: you can order the half vanilla half chocolate custard, we didn’t know that.The sandwich is delicious!
Solid, but not amazing burger joint. The food resembles that from Steak ‘n Shake but with the occasional twist. The fried cheese curds make a nice alternative to the normal fries, which are pretty wimpy here. Try adding some of Freddy’s secret seasoning powder to spice things up nicely. The seasoning is actually really good, and adding a little to your burger will add a lot of flavor. The dipping sauces are also quite nice, with the choice of mild or jalapeño flavor.These desserts are also nice with a good selection of frozen custard sundaes. I personally think that the vanilla steals the show here, but I do not recommend the chocolate. At all…Over all, I think that you will enjoy your trip to Freddy’s, but don’t expect too much. I have gone back several times and I have enjoyed my trip each time.
Great food but when I ordered thru the app. I had been sitting in the car for about 30 minutes plus after I walked inside and asked why I had waited so long they said oh we have your food here. All of the ice cream was melted and I got cold food. I am disappointed in the customer service. Only other issue is that sometimes the app will freeze and stop working and you have to re order everything. Otherwise the food is great. I will be coming back in the future and recommending it to my friends.
Everything is too salty. The fries are too hard. Even the cheese curds are salty. Best part was the Pepsi. You have time to making it right. Culver's is the best by fair.
Food was delicious everyone was friendly. Wish they had plastic knifes my husband got a chilly dog he said it was great but no way could he pick it up with out getting it all over him . He used two forks so everything came out ok.
Having never been to a Freddy's, we had no expectations. The restaurant was clean and the employees friendly. While the food was good and hot, we thought it was a little expensive for what we got. We were not told that there was an additional charge for the cheese curds. The employee asked if we wanted fries, onion rings, or cheese curds with our combo order. Might be our first and last time there.
The food is great the customer service was not tonight the girl was so rude didn’t say thank you didn’t speak didn’t tell me that was my order. Hateful!
