Burger was great, but they were stingy on the fries. They only filled up the cup, but they didn't put any extra in the bag like they usually do. The few fries I did get were too salty.If we're paying $5 for one serving of fries, there needs to be more than this.
I stopped by for a quick take out. Being on campus it was very busy. The crew was busting their hump to get all the food out for the customers. I don't go there often so I missed the part about telling them you want toppings on your burger! I was a little disappointed with a plain burger.

Half of our order was not delivered, no big deal. I call to ask for the rest. When I called, I was told by the manager that this isn’t his normal store and it’s actually his day off and he can’t do anything to help me. When I asked to have the rest delivered he repeated that and said I’ll just have to talk to the general manager tomorrow. Super unprofessional. Not sure how this is even relevant, when the fix is to send the rest of the order. And from past experience, the only way to get a refund is to go in person for it. If I wanted to drive to the store I would have picked my food up in the first place. Maybe then the order wouldn’t be wrong every single time.
Went there today to give lady and mother a taste of something different. Highly disappointed in service. Cashier was very good. Cooks not so much..everyone was bouncing around kitchen. One young lady threw an order on counter at an Asian Customer who couldn't here her mumble order 6. My order was 4 and didn't get it till after order 13 got thiers. Fry's were soggy upon getting in car directly leaving five guys...didn't even want to go back inside to deal with them..seemed more worried about a secret shopper than the customers they had in the building already. Worst experience at a Five Guys.
I have been going to this Five Guys for many years and the last 2 times I was giving laughably little fries. In both cases I was given just the cup of fries and not all of the fries meant to be dumped in the bag. The employees when asked to rectify the situation were incredibly rude. Management needs to figure their stuff out because they are completely forgoing the corporate standards and ripping people off.
I am pretty sure I got food poisoning from a bacon cheeseburger here today, as I started violently vomiting 15-20 minutes after eating here, at 1:15. I’m extremely annoyed that I tried to call the restaurant later on, about 50 times and no one picked up the phone. It would be nice if they could check their meat supply and make sure they’re not poisoning anybody else.
I can see why so many people like this place. The staff was super kind in leading me through their menu and suggestions. Liked it a pot
