The staff is super friendly. I have been a few time and they know me by name! Talk about an experience everytime you walk in or drive through.
Came on Jul 2nd at 1039 the employees were completely rude, messed up our coffee and burnt the hash browns. Never coming here again thank god Starbucks is across the street. Whoever manages this store should be replaced for obviously not knowing how to effectively manage a store or train their employees in customer service
Friendly service... I like the sandwich I normally get... They are very cheap about the hash browns... You get exactly 6... I prefer Burger King's... And they have different sizes you can get... Small, Medium and Large... But they aren't open when I'm going to work so my options are limited...
Workers were rude. Didn't take my order correctly, asked them to make sure I had caramel swirl and cream. Said they would add it. Got to the window, gave me a black cold brew. Asked for cream and caramel. Gave me attitude. Barely added cream. I asked them to add more cream. She said I already added 3. Very frustrating I just wanted my coffee made right.
Usually pretty busy which can bog down the drive-thru so I typically go in. When ordering on their app or picking up for food delivery apps, I've only had my order ready once (out of the probably 30 times I've used it) which can get annoying when you ordered the item(s) >30min ago. Staff is (very!) friendly but all-in-all I think I'll stick with Starbucks.
The last couple of times that I have gone to this location have not been great. While most of the workers seem friendly, I was spoken to in a very rude manner by who I'm guessing is the manager. They got my order wrong, and the manager refused to let the workers make me the correct drink, and then comes to the window to yell at me about it. Upon my next visit, I was handed a bag with no food after waiting around 20 minutes, and didn't realize that I didn't have my donuts until I got home.
What a disappointment!!!! Orderd coffee and donuts for a work meeting for some very important clients. They were supposed to be here this morning at 8:15 just got a text that they could not complete my order and refunded my money with no call, email or text as to the reason why. Haven't had Dunkin' donuts in years and have never ordered from this location. Will never order Dunkin ever again!!!!!!!!!!
I should've believed the other reviews. I thought they couldn't all be right, but they are.This location is awful. You can order whatever you like, but it's not what you're going to get. They don't follow recipes, so the drink will be disgusting.I ordered a mocha three times. Here's what I received:1. A hot drink that tastes like straight chocolate syrup.2. A hot drink that tastes like dirty water.3. A frozen, blended drink that is legitimately slimy from the amount of syrup they used this time (of course I didn't order it frozen either).Save your time and money for a place that functions. This place shouldn't even be open.
Absolutely horrible. I went there last week and ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They gave me an untoasted bagel with barely any cream cheese. Decided to go back again today to see if it was a one time thing and nope, same thing. Untoasted with barely any cream cheese. I also ordered a vanilla latte with two pumps of vanilla and even paid extra for oat milk. They gave me a caramel latte with three pumps and added cream and sugar and no oat milk…. I couldn’t even drink it. Save yourself the hassle and just go to the Dunkin’ in Lafayette. This one never gets your order right. Total waste of money. Spent over $10 for half a bagel with cream cheese and some hashbrowns.
I’ve gone to this location three times. It’s right down the road from our house. I love the locations in Lafayette, but west Lafayette’s location is terrible. Not the best customer service. You’ll pay full price for a specialty coffee and get a cup half full. I’d rather pay the extra and go across the street to Starbucks. Won’t be back to this location. Such a shame because I was looking forward to having one down the road from us.
