Multiple attempts to let them create a positive experience. They are always slow on delivery - which is tolerable if the pizza doesn’t arrive cold. Most of the time something is wrong with the order. Today I got another cold pizza - on a pickup order that was stated as being ready just 2min prior. The pizza was incredibly dry, like they tried to use as little sauce as possible and several pieces with no toppings. They also forgot to provide sauces that were ordered (common problem).Today was my last time ordering from here.
Although it took me three minutes to have someone pick up the phone, pizzas are perfect and delicious.
Update:: Dominos is yet to reach out and address this issue. PAPA JOHNS sounds good for dinner.BAD EXPERIENCE- ordered thru mobile app fro. Dominoes parking lot, ran an errand. Arrived back at store 30 minutes later. Enter and both employees looked directly at me and kept working. (Finish what you're doing but acknowledge my presence)>>>>**ORDERED CHICKEN BACON RANCH, was gvien Chicken, cheese, and marinara.. told them and said they would make correct sub. Went and took a delivery and came back 15 minutes before close.first he couldn't find it and then they both opened the box and looked at it and gave it ti me.i ran out and pulled away. Opened it up ay the stoplight and sure enough it's the exact same sub from before. Might have even been the same one.Plenty of other options= Do I give them a third chance?!?!
Terrible customer service, even from the manager. Called in, and verified before placing an order that I was in the delivery zone. I was told delivery was available, and proceeded with my order. Just before paying, the manager told the employee that they cannot deliver. Manager could not honor the order as previously stated. Bad business practices. Wasted my time. Thanks for nothing Dominos.
Manager was super rude to my wife over the employees mistake. Definitely need to take some sensitivity training in order to deal with the general public. I was appalled by his actions and accusations and will never go back.
I usually order lunch after a long day at school. Their quality is somehow is not consistent. Sometimes the food taste really good and sometimes they mess up the order. Not sure why but overall they are great.
Currently waiting for my second order from them.First order took an hour and a half to receive, despite a 20-30 minute estimated wait.This current order is ~5 minutes away from it being two hours from me placing the order. The driver left almost an hour ago.Either order from the one on Stadium, or try their pickup. Delivery is awful.
Ordered two pizzas for carry out and came to pick them up when the tracker said they were done. Apparently you need to add 30 minutes to the tracker because we sat and waited forever. I don’t mind waiting but why say the pizza is ready in the tracker??
Always good customer service. Highly recommend.
This place is pretty good. My only problem is that on a few occasions whoever answered the phone call was quite rude the few times I had questions, Or when I had messages for the drivers so it would be easier for them. Such as, saying the tip would be in cash when I accidentally clicked 0% for a tip or a tip that was too small, or minor adjustments for the address from Street to Drive, or asking if they were open when online resources didn't quite specify.
