Was told to pull around front and that they will bring my order to me and it will be ready in 4 minutes. Waited 15 min no one came out. Drove back around to the pick up window and my order was ready a while ago. When I brought the issue to their attention they just said sorry. When I finally got my order it was 34 minutes past the time it was expected to be ready. The tracker never moved. This is the standard for this location
This location SUCKS! After telling them 3 TIMES what I wanted they delivered the wrong order 3 TIMES? PLUS charge me each time.. Never again Dominos Never again✌️
Our order was done right on time. I always love domino's and think they're underrated. Sandwiches, pizza, bread, anything is gonna be good. Pizza can be a little skimpy on toppings. If you go online you can usually find coupons or bundles. Great for cheap eating, ate for two days for sixteen dollars. The parking lot is NOT connected to the Payless strip mall lot. Usually not busy.
Ordered online. Went to pick up pizza according to the notifications on the app. They couldn't find our order. We provided name, phone number, and order number. Order went in at 7:13 p.m. Order shows ready at 7:20 p.m. (on the printed store receipt) THAT is why the pizza was cold, uncooked, had shreds of unmelted cheese, and was a messy, nasty SLOP of goo that slid off of the half baked crust. You receive the order and in 7 minutes, it's prepared, baked, sliced, and boxed... NO ! We had pineapple on HALF but it was sprinkled onto every slice of pizza, but mostly concentrated on half. There were 2 slices of pizza that were literally 1/4 of the pizza and then 4 others that were normal size. Apparently they missed a cut.. I called the store to complain about the order and David was too busy to take a call. I will crawl my way up the corporate ladder until someone understands what a mess this place is. If you're trying to take business from Pizza Hut or Arni's nearby, you're not going to do it with GARBAGE like this and complete failure of service. But, then again, what do you really expect.. it's Domino's
I order from here all the time. It's always great, fast service! If I call, staff is polite. The delivery drivers have always been very sweet and follow special requests for delivery. Great job everyone! You get my vote!
every time I order pizza from. here it take hour to hour and 1/2.to.receive. what you ordered maybe I need to find a faster place because on 2 occasions my pizzas were cold when I received. them. it's not our fault they don't have enough delivery drivers hire more ..
Don’t waste your time or your money. I placed an online order, received a quote time of 35 min. I received a text at 7:15 that the driver was in my neighborhood. According to the app tracker, the driver drove away from my home, presumably delivering other orders. The app showed the driver sitting stationary in one spot for almost 30 min. I called the store and the “manager” didn’t give two Fs that the driver was MIA and that it was now 45 min after the quoted delivery time. I told him I just wanted my money back at this point. We will see if they actually do so. Oh! And then when the food finally showed up, IT WASNT EVEN WARM!!!!! Do yourself a favor — order from ANY other pizza place.
Just make delivery unavailable if you don't have enough workers. I understand on a personal level that everyone is understaffed. However, waiting 2 hours and counting for something to be delivered is ridiculous. Nothing against the employees currently working, but this is such a bad customer experience. Should not be possible to order if it's going to be like this.
You guys are awesome it was taking a long time to get my food. I was fine with it because its Friday and even felt bad I didn't have a big tip for my delivery guy. Then because it took so long my food accidentally got made twice and they gave it to me anyway to apologize. This is why I always pick this dominos.
Ordered at 7:20 pm..They done a quality check at 7:42. Didn't get our order until an hour after that. I called the store and she gave me a $10 credit. I finally got my food and it was cold and burnt. I called again. Mgr said she would remake and send it back out and she promises it would be to me in 30 minutes. Well again my order arrived cold and nasty and ALSO past an hour. Start order at 7:20 and ended up resolving issue around 10:30 when we got our 2nd order and once again COLD AND NASTY! By that time I was done messing around with them. Mind you, I live maybe 10 minutes from the store. I have never had this issue with Domino's. I'm a loyal customer and I am not whatsoever pleased with this place. Its gonna be awhile before I order again from them..
