Because you hamburger was real good like sirloin at some time back,, but I went there today and now the hamburger is terrible ? it’s not red meat ?????????
They were busy but the workers made us a cake that looked amazing :)
Not the best, they do not have chocolate icecream and if they say that will add syrup to make it chocolate, they do not add enough or at all. It was same color as the vanilla. Bathroom is a mess as well.However, workers have been nice and location is good if you are in the area.
This dairy queen double charged me for my food and refused to give me a card refund. This is illegal and they said they can only give me an IOU for my food next time. I will never be returning to a business that does shady practices like this.
I don’t know why this location seems to have an issue with mobile orders. Any other location staff are quick to get mobile orders out. Here I’ve had to wait my whole lunch break. When I finally get my order, turns out it was sitting on the warmer ready the whole time. Otherwise great location with great staff.
The service was slow, but I think they are short staffed and are doing the best they can. The place is not exceptionally clean either, maybe for the same reason
Was very dirty especially the restroom. Cashier for blizzards would dispense the ice cream in a cup and then let it set out while they did something else, then go back to it and make the blizzard. Customers in front of me got blizzards and when they asked the employee Iris to flip them she said "no they will fall out." And when they asked if the next one is free she refused. Mine was the same way. Food tasted as though it had been sitting all day.
Took the gkids, 2 dishes with chocolate syrup and a cherry dipped cone. Let both of them have a bite of my cone, they ended up with it, and told me to remind them about it next time.
This location was super busy but the food was great and the employees were very thorough
Decent. Unfortunately they're very short-staffed and the wait was long. I do not blame the staff; I blame manager for not solving the shortage.
