The food was great but the staff today were more interested in laughing and looking at phones than assisting me. I waited at the counter for approx 10 min with no help. When a larger group came in someone rushed to help them. Shame that good help is hard to find.
No complaints. The crew was nice, food came out in an orderly manner.
The food at Culver's is always good. Employee, Bari, always goes out of his way to be helpful to the customers. Sometimes we don't go to Culver's in Fort Mill because it is too crowded and overrun. They should open another franchise in Fort Mill because it gets too busy and rather dirty from all of the people.
Went to the newly opened Popeye's across the street. 4 stars for Popeye's. Very noisy at the order counter made ordering a bit difficult.Can't eat at Culver's anymore. Got indigestion every time.
We ate inside dining and these ladies working are ALL so nice and Kristle brought my grandkids their ice cream and coloring sheets with crayons. This is why we visit Culver's along with amazing food!!!! The pretzel bites win my grandkids with chicken tenders!!!!
04/18- West Lafayette. I am new to Culver's, but thanks to Krystle I go weekly. She greets you when you walk in. She is patient while you read the menu. She'll make recommendations.Krystle makes the staff around her better, because she's always cheerful. The staff is very friendly and willing to go the extra mile for all customers.The food is well cooked. It is all made fresh. The meal is filling. I do the survey to enjoy a free ice cream. This is the one place I will sit and dine in. Check them out!Ya Sabes!
Food was prepared accurately & in a timely manner. Enjoyed a scoop of raspberry cobbler custard! VERY good!!
Cool food and warm frozen custards. Usually a solid brand, but this location must have messed up on training or something. Or a franchisee got in over their head...
We had a great experience. We went today to show our community and neighbors support for the gentleman that worked here that recently passed away due to being struck by an automobile walking home from work. It's so great these days and times to see a company willing to give 100% of their proceeds away to the family to help. What a wonderful thing to do culver's won me over just by that. Amazing dedication to your employees to show compassion to their families even after they're gone. Wayyyyyy to be true blue!!!! ? ? ? Blue all day is the way!!!!
Very clean. They have USB ports available for charging devices. Workers ask if they can help with anything (should have tipped). Food is always hot and fresh. Very good ice cream ? ?
