Stopped in after an appointment. No one acknowledged me when I walked in. I stood at the “order here” sign for five minutes. Still no one said anything. I left and drove down to Starbucks where they immediately said hello and took my order.
Today was my first time coming into Copper Moon Cafe! I was greeted kindly by a girl who later introduced herself as Callie. She made me and my daughter feel so welcomed! I didn’t have much knowledge of the menu and she helped me find the perfect drink for myself! I will definitely be becoming a regular. I was astounded to find out she was brand new! Way to go Copper Moon! Great Job hiring such awesome employees!
Great customer service and great coffee
They are severely understaffed. I went through today at 10am and they were not serving food (the whole reason I went) because they were backed up on drinks, so I left. Then I came back just now at 2:30 and they are closed. They regularly do not have what they're supposed to have in stock. Ultimately just not a satisfactory experience. I'm at Starbucks right now, and even though the wait is longer, at least it's consistent.
I love going and working inside. Clean, friendly atmosphere. Coffee is great, the lavender vanilla latte is my favorite.I would give 4-5 stars, but every single time I go through the drive thru they mess up my order. I order the gouda bagel with strawberry jam; they give me the cheddar and grape. At least a dozen times. On top of that, this morning my sandwich was cold and I didn't realize until I got to work ?
The coffee is better tasting the the big name places. Menu small but the family enjoys it. Today we got much love for our oldest girl.Says,"Only 4 goodest pups ? -Copper Moon stans your dog ?"I don't care whether the employee speaks for the company or not, I love that they hired this coworker!

just tried their Blue Moon Red Bull infusion. really cool looking and delicious drink! it has edible glittering in it to make it all amazing and cool looking.
Coffee is so good. Just really REALLY wish service was faster. I just don't have the time to wait in a drive-thru for 15 minutes...when there's just one car in front of me.And the one time I ordered a blueberry muffin... it was frozen. *sigh*
I get the same order every time a sausage, egg, Gouda bagel sandwich and a frozen salted caramel frappe. A few times I received what suppose to be a frozen frappe and it was complete watery as of no ice was used at all. But I didn’t complain about it. But 3 times I received my Bagel breakfast sandwich, the bagel was hot and hard but when I opened it up and touched the egg and sausage they both were ice cold. And they seem to have an attitude because I keep receiving cold food. How hard is it to heat up some food and not over toast my bagel to the point I can barely bite into it.This location needs to understand you can get someone really sick or kill someone by not cooking food to the proper temperature. I use to work in the food business and I went to culinary school so I know. They need to be more careful and concerned about serving food to customers that is safe to eat and less attitude about a customer returning food that wasn’t prepared properly. I won’t be coming back here again.
