One of the girls that works there has a bad attitude..I was just there yesterday and she was rude…
The young lady working was great. It is Valentines Day and the person working with her left to run errands. She was aline with a line people out the doors, she never got flustered or showed irritation. She was calm and took care of each customer with excellent service. The person who chose to run errands during the work schedule should be embarrassed for treating a team member in such a manner.

Omgoodness, if you want to experience the BEST PLACE TO EAT REAL ICE CREAM, you've gotta take the time to visit the Cold Stone Creamery. Prices are a lil expensive but WELL WORTH THE PRICE & they aren't stingy with the servings. You get an added bonus which is getting to watch how they prepare your favorite treat in front of you instead of it coming from a machine. It's a nice clean place & the staff are pleasant & friendly & their recommendations are awesome in case you don't know what to get bc everything looks so good.

the ice cream was great, and i’ve never had a problem with this location before. on my last pickup order, they gave me a waffle bowl that was 1) chewy and 2) had large holes in it. it wasn’t broken, the bowl was made incorrectly with large holes in the bottom, and it was not fully cooked.

The staff could be more motivated though. Not complaining a lot, but they did seem to get irritated answering questions about food items as the menu was confusing.
