Great food, even better staff. The girl with the tattoos and dark hair is always smiling and making customers laugh. I usually get a cheesy pun on my bag and it’s always very neatly put together
Good place to have a cheap wholesome meal in West Lafayette. There are different options, the service is quick and the rates are reasonable.
This location is not vegetarian-friendly. In any Chipotle, one major thing for vegetarians to enjoy is Fajita veggies and this location has decided to not invest any time/money in it. I have gone there 4-5 times and have never seen Fajita veggies. When I ask about it, they have the same answer stating that "unfortunately, today we don't have them." They never have them. It's simply a waste of a good location/large space to strategically attract only meat-eaters. Never ever going again, never taking anyone else and never suggesting this location to anyone else.
No lettuce or guac available even though I saw another worker bring the full bins to the togo side. I asked if I could have some from that bin and they said it would be cross contaminated? Even though the people in front of me were able to get it? So I guess theirs was cross contaminated???? Makes 0 sense. Hasn't been the first time this has happened not only to me but my friends as well. I paid over $10 only to open the bag and see half the skimpy bowl I was given wasn't closed properly so half of it spilled out in the bag! It wasn't even busy, just carelessness. I have had bad experiences almost every time I've been to this location.
The automated system to get ahold of a human is beyond frustrating. Corporate number leaves you with a 6 hour hold and hangs up on you before they introduce themselves. I've been polite and was just trying to get my stolen credit card order intercepted which I had to have my bank fight them over. Turns out chipotle has easily hackable accounts and they just use card on file.
Our order was to pick up at 6:30. There was a big line for the window so we got to the window about 6:40, when we got to the window we were asked to go to the back of the line because they needed line to keep moving. Why in the huge line, a semi decided he was going to squeeze threw behind me and another car about hitting us. I explained that I could not and would wait. The girl at the window stood there giving me nasty looks as the others were putting food together.We got our food home finally and we had ordered 3 bowls,1 had enough to barely cover bottom of bowl. The other 2 were barely half. Very unsatisfied customers here. Service needs a lot of work and the girl at the window maybe in the wrong profession.
We just received our order through Doordash from this location and with the Burrito bowl with Pollo Asado that I ordered, guess what? There was no meat at all. Not to mention all of the food that we ordered were VERY SALTY. I called the restaurant to let them know but was told they did not took our order. I understand that my complaints should be addressed to Doordash but if the restaurant should have done their part there wouldn't be a complain in the first place. This is the last time I'm ordering from this restaurant.
Good Chipotle food. The quantity of food you are served depends on the workers though, sometimes I get a lot of food in my bowl and other times not as much, either way it's good food that fills you up.
Staff is very helpful, friendly, quick. We have ordered online and by just walking in and either way has always been a good experience. We never had to wait for our order and everything's always correct. They made sure we didn't get the "bottom of the dish" when they ran out of an item either. So that was nice.
Very busy when I got there but seemed very rushed to get my order in and waited probably 10 minutes to get a cup. I love chipotle and the one on the east side of town probably does burritos the best out of the three in town. Not mad just disappointed.
