Not a single person in the restaurant, took 15 minutes to be "seated", we sat ourselves due to the length of time we waited. We were then told that we weren't supposed to seat ourselves that certain sections were closed. NOT A SINGLE other customer in the building. It then took over a half hour for food. I love bdubs but this place needs some help.???
Do yourself a favor and drive the 15 minutes to the one in Lafayette. Exterior doors were very dirty. Sat at a table that was still wet, so everything we sat on the table got wet. Table we got seated next to was a mess from the last customers and that table and the floor around it stayed filthy the whole hour and a half we were there. Ordered drinks and it was mostly the sour mix, so it was very lip puckering. Ordered food and it was wrong even when the receipt had it correct. I’d heard this BDubs specifically had a bad rep. You’d think being this close to campus they’d try a bit harder.Small Update: The true highlight of the evening is when my friend complimented their bacon Mac and cheese… The waitress instantly said their shouldn’t be any bacon in there! lol. Forever a mystery what that is.
Ordered delivery this past weekend. They gave my order to the wrong driver. No big deal, they remade it and gave it to the correct driver. But then the blue cheese dressing was missing (which is in one sense minor but in another sense fundamental to the enjoyment of the largely vingary buffalo-style wings I ordered), and the chips that came with the queso dip tasted like burnt cobwebs. Not an exaggeration, there was something profoundly wrong with the tortilla chips I received.
I ordered food for me and my family tonight when I got home we were missing wings, sauces, and celery. I called and they said they would refund me for the wings, I appreciated that, but said nothing can be done for the salsa since it’s only salsa. Who wants to eat chips and salsa, that was ordered, with no salsa I’d say that’s an inconvenience and should be compensated for. It may seem petty but I’d say 50% of the time our orders are messed up, I keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. Point of story check orders before you leave.
Had a large high school group in town at Purdue. Stopped by and met with manager Drew.He made the whole experience memorable. Has back divided area with pool table Jenna blocks golf game and other video games. Promised to have food ready when we walked in. Made it easy to meet a dietary needs. Everything he promised and more. Staff very personable and helpful.Highly recommend this location
Amazing service and super friendly!Our jump rope team with a total of 28 people attended for dinner. Our food was served fresh, correctly and we waited for nothing.Our waitress was so friendly and went over the top to make sure we had everything we needed.I would leave a million stars if I could.❤️❤️❤️❤️
I had placed an online order for my friend and I. The wait time said 30min. I get to the restaurant and the food was not ready. No big deal, I understand if it’s a bit later than the time it stated online. However, I had to wait a total of 2 hours from the time it said our food was ready to be picked up! All we had ordered were the 10 piece boneless wings with fries and 10 traditional wings with fries. I kept going up to the pick up counter every 20 min I had to wait and they kept saying “it’s next, it’s next.” Turns out the boneless had been done since the correct pick up time, but they were simply waiting on 10 pieces of traditional wings for an hour and a half! Needless to say, the only warm food we received were the traditional wings because all of the fries and boneless wings had been sitting out. Normally I don’t make a big deal out of waiting for food because I can understand how it gets busy since I was waitress at a restaurant myself, but how does the to-go host just play on her phone and not help any of the people waiting for their pick up orders who are clearly frustrated. Never got an apology from anyone. They said we could take a free bottle of pop though. What a joke.
I’d give it negative stars if I could. Every time my husband and I come here, nothing is ever right. Went tonight with some friends, ordered food and drinks. Was later told the kitchen and bar were closed but they would try to get drinks. Was there for a full hour and drinks never came. We were walking out the door when the waitress accused us of stealing, when we never received anything. Husband asked to talk to the manager. The waitress left and came back and said we could leave. Will not be coming back here ever.
1.5 hour wait for food. I mean… it’s all frozen food, just drop it in the fryer?We counted 3 tables that ordered, were served, and left before we got our appetizer. Many excuses when we inquired about the status of our food.I would HIGHLY recommend watching games and enjoying time with friends at the many other establishments that Lafayette/WL area has to offer.
Website says the place is open till 11pm on Thursday’s, walk in at 10:35pm for a pickup order, with people still seated in the restaurant am informed that the place is closed. Consider changing your store hours so that customers don’t make the trip!
