The BEST cheese pizza! Wish they would open their dining room & bar area. For now, it's carry out only. ❤️
I called tonight at 8:50. The website showed Bruno’s was open until to make an order. The young lady answered the phone and asked to take my order. Half through my order, she stops and advised they were closing and not taking any more orders. I get closing early for whatever business reasons you have. However, answering and asking to take an order is the business’ error and should therefore the business should take the hit to satisfy the customer. Now, I know Bruno’s usual good customer and the good food and the fact they would survive losing an occasional customer. So I won’t say I’ll never go there again. I’ll just say, “Shame on them. “
The incredible "Family that has been filling my tummy since 1967.
The Lafayette area has so many restaurants but finding good pizza is beyond difficult. So many chain joints and sub par local places. Lets be clear... there is no exceptional pizza in the Lafayette area. But I would say Bruno's is the best. Its a very good pizza and their other food is good as well. We used to enjoy coming here to eat when the dining room was open. Hopefully those days will return. Until then we will settle for the occasional pizza to go.
I’m sure the original owner would turn over in his grave knowing they keep sticking with this ridiculous not open to the public except for large parties…. Eventually this pandemic ridiculousness will catch up with you and you will regret it because people in Lafayette will remember.
Always a classic to eat at! I recommend the Boilermaker Special and some Bruno dough. Sad to hear there are no plans to open the dining rooms again except to catered/ group events.
Had my sons rehearsal dinner here! It was easy to book and a great price! The food was delicious and our server did a fantastic job taking care of our group! I would highly recommend for a party!!!
The pb chocolate chip pizza is made with cheese on it. It was oddly a good combo but only when hot and fresh. After cooling down the cheese flavor is too strong.
Loved the food when I could sit down and eat it fresh. Not anymore. We have a 30+ minute drive home to get takeout and it's lukewarm at best. We won't be back until the dining room opens up.
