The best authentic Chinese cuisine I've ever had. I live in Indy which is 70 miles away, and I still manage to drive here every month to satisfy my Chinese food cravings! The lamb and pig intestines skewers are delicious!!!

The grill is good as well as the ribs. The egg fried rice is pretty average tho.

Taste is ok. Not much service with fixed tips

I don't care for a lot of spice. Requested my food be "mildly spicey ". As I type this, my lips are still numb. Flavor was overly spicey with a bitter aftertaste. Crab rangoon was good. Probably won't order from Blaze again, though.

I absolutely love the food here! Blaze is my favorite Chinese restaurant of all time! Give it a shot and you won’t regret!

Ordered here via Doordash. This was a grave mistake. The food appeared to be your everyday mom and pop asian takeout. It was far from that I'm afraid to say. The flavor was very bland. Little to no taste. The Lo Mein was dryer than the Sahara, with just a plain noodle taste. The mushroom chicken was a bowl of mushrooms and carrots, in a salty type of gravy sauce. The chicken was on holiday. Wife ordered the house fried rice, which wasn't terrible until she found a piece of hard plastic in there. It was what looked to be a black plastic bead about the size of a ladybug. She also ordered the house special fried chicken. That was so soggy, we felt like we went to vacation at SeaWorld with a limp chicken. All humor aside, the food was less than mediocre. I would hope one day they discover the absolute gift of "seasonings". Go to a different Asian restaurant, this one will let you down.

Do NOT order beef tendons, it tasted like pure salt… apparently it isn’t supposed to taste like, but they did nothing about it when confronted… so unless you want to risk wasting your money for something you’ll hate… I’ll be careful about coming here

I ordered fried udon for takeout and thought it was a bit on the expensive side (although normal for anything near campus) at first. Turned out to be a lot more food than I expected and was easily two full meals. Probably one of the better value places around and it was good, too.

15$ for a huge bowl of pork rib ramen! taste good especially in cold weather! Satisfied

I ate here twice, thought it's not bad. Must order the beef! But 3 people also can't finish 1, it's very big portion. Didn't like the 18% service charge though
