First of all, the menu on the website is different from the menu in the store. The differences are not small either, it seemed like half of the things on the online menu were unavailable. I got the beef brisket for $16 and it was incredibly bland. It was advertised as smoked brisket but it did not taste smoked or even seasoned at all. I got 3 or 4 slices of meat, 3 of which were mostly fat. The sauces available ranged from bland to bad. While I applaud the idea of using locally raised meat, its really hard to justify paying a high price (relative to other fast food) for food that was incredibly bland and unexciting. Staff was perfectly fine, food was just really disappointing.

HORRIBLE! I read the reviews before ordering but still decided to give it a try. We got the brisket and chicken quarter, mac n chz, ranch potato salad, baked beans, BBQ chips, brownie and apple crisp. Food was $40. We ordered thru doordash so after tip and all it was a $53 order for us. Well....we got zero sauces ( asked for a variety of sauces), chicken was red..yuck!, the brisket wasn't too bad but it was bland and since we didn't have sauces we didn't eat it, Mac n chz was okay but not good enough to ever order it again, potato salad was gross, baked beans were super super sweet and I love sweet stuff but this was a bit much, BBQ chips were great, brownie was so gross and had a date on it from 5/3, apple crisp was soggy and had liquid at the bottom of container and a date on it from 5/28. Nothing crispy about it.Today is June 5th. The biscuit was definitely not fresh either. My order was placed at 2:01 PM so I'm sure it wa dosn't bc it was busy. We were so happy to get some BBQ. But instead ended up super disappointed and still hungry.

1. The staff was friendly and gave me recommendations.2. The interior was brightly lit, spacious, clean.3. Food tasted nice, it reminds me of the St Louis style barbecue (i dont know what style this is ?)

I was disappointed. I had a brisket sandwich; the meat was extremely fatty and soggy. And the bun was just a plain, untoasted bun straight out of the bag. For the price point, I definitely expected something nicer (a plain sandwich and medium fountain drink for $14). Others told me the pulled pork was better. Service was polite, but very slow. The restaurant was clean and well kept. I would give it another try and avoid the brisket in the future.

Tasty BBQ and sauces ? And Love that meats come from our Local Farmers ???

Favorite place to eat in town! Their food is delicious. Fresh, hot & so flavorful. Atmosphere is chill / laid back and the staff is always so friendly. Highly recommend this place.

Great BBQ! Well rounded menu. Love their sauces. Super friendly servers!

The food is great. From the brisket to the baked beans (which should be considered a delicacy) super satisfied with not only the service, but the quality of food. I've been driving to the south side for decent BBQ for years because that's the only place I have been able to find it. I am so happy that there is not an even better option right across the river.

Good service. Cookie cutter food with a redeeming sauce. Unless your in a pinch I'd recommend elsewhere.

Great food at a somewhat high price point, though nothing too unreasonable. I had the brisket and ribs, which were both excellent - well seasoned and tender. Of the two, the brisket was my favorite. The mashed potatoes were fine, nothing special (not worth the extra $1 for a 'premium' side) but the complimentary biscuit was surprisingly great - flaky and buttery.
