Went through the long drive through a couple days ago and got my order wrong. I drove back to the restaurant only to find the doors locked with a sign saying the lobby was closed. I tried calling but no one was answering the phone. I had to wait through the drive through line again just to get the food I ordered the first time. No apology or anything. Just handed the bag out the window and ran off. I'd recommend going somewhere else. Their food is too expensive for such poor service and treatment.
Just “ate” here-if you want to call it that. Was afraid of the food after seeing the condition of the kitchen. Dirty wet nasty floors-employees sliding around and slushing the grossness every where. Food was tepid at best, counters and floors dirty and floors sticky our feet were sticking to it! Do not eat here!! Employees bickering! And a customer went up to complain and was yelled at by the manager. After reading the reviews-wish I’d done b4 hands-there hasnt been anything done to make it any better. Health Department definitely needs to investigate!!
Half lb beef and cheddar with 8 jalapeño bytes is good
Food on the kitchen floor. Looked like it had been there awhile, employees walking over it didn't seem to care. 2 cars in drive through and only 2 dine in customers eating w nobody at counter yet we waited over 4 min to order. One serving of fries was warm, the other cold. Gyro was ok but only lukewarm. I'd consider returning once mgmt is retrained or replaced.Lots of cleaner restaurants available.
Place is in need of repairs and a good cleaning. Went to the restroom and my feet stuck to the floor. Ceiling is water damaged and ready to fall also got to listen to the manager yell at an employee for messing up and order in drive thru and how they are down money. Let them know our order wasn missing a sandwich and had one slapped on top my fries with a there you go.
Not bad food. Was really fast with drive through. Little light on the sauce on their sandwiches. I recommend
The food is fine, prices are a little high, but the problem I have is the way the night shift drive-thru is managed. They don't turn the lights on for the menu board so customers will think they're closed, the girl at the window has a bad attitude and acts like the customers are a real bother to her, I hope you address the problem or you will lose a lot of business!
Nice place and great people and service. Fish crispy burger was good and cheap too. 2 for 6$And the super best thing is the curly fries
Love Arby's, this one's a let down. Meats been dry both times I've gone and there wasn't much meat on my sandwich.
Order is always correct. They are sometimes slow especially inside, often short staffed and employees use profanity when talking to one another. Employees that do show up to work seem to have one speed and that’s snail.
