We have been coming to the Wings, Etc in Warsaw since they opened. Our son has grown up coming to this restuarant, and we absolutely love the food and drinks, and lately we’ve taken to coming every Wednesday for the Family Feud style trivia at 7. It’s a blast with a chance to win money off your bill. The wait staff are always amazing and helpful. I especially want to shout out to Mel, who was owning the dining room and taking care of everyone whether they were her table or not.
Great time on Wednesday nights, especially playing Brain Blast Trivia! Kelly is a great, borderline legendary, host!
We always enjoy coming to wings. There are some great bartenders and friendly servers. Always impressed with Kristen's professionalism and or favorite server Sheldon. He always has a great attitude. The manager is pretty great too. Young but very professional and thorough. We will continue to come back year after year.
We recently decided to eat at Wings Etc. because of a constant let down at another wing restaurant in town. This restaurant is amazing. The wings are delicious and the food is quick and hot! Jade is our favorite waitress. She's attentive and on top of things! When craving wings in Warsaw, this is your place to go! I'm sure the other food is good too! Ask for Jade, she'll make your dining experience even better!
There is only one reason we come to Wings every Thursday…the beer. Kristen is also an awesome waitress and is a close second to the beer :-).
Normally great service, great food. But tonight was very disappointing!!! They were busy, which we expected to wait, never said anything. The waitress said after we waited patiently for about 10 minutes for a table to be cleared off, “It’ll be at least 30 minutes until I can get to you, and the kitchen is backed up too!” Almost trying to talk us out of staying. I understand they are busy, and we never once complained or said anything. But her attitude was quit rude and sounded like she was trying to tell us to leave.
Erika was a great waitress. If our cups were almost empty, not empty yet she would bring us a refill. She was super nice too. Best waitress at a restaurant I have had in a while.
My father and I went to Wings Etc. to celebrate our birthdays. There was only us and another couple on a Sunday afternoon. It took over 1 hour and 20 minutes for us to get hamburgers and fries. Then to add insult to bad service. Two other people came in 20 minutes after our arrival. But they got their food in less than 15 minutes while we sat and continued to wait. Then when we asked the server where our food was at, she decided that her bad attitude along with the bad service would make things better. I can understand slow food when the place is busy. At one time I really enjoyed going to Wings Etc. But now I question if giving 2 stars is too much.
Ericka is absolutely amazing. Best server we've ever had!! Never had to ask for anything, she was on it with refills...ect.
