Went through the drive through and the workers were rude and short before this happened. Ordered a Baconator fry. they only put liquid cheese, no shredded cheese or bacon. I called and told them, asked what they would do and the worker sat silent. I have worked in fast food my whole life. Its not hard to just replace an item, especially when you are the one who screwed up. I love Wendys but this location specifically is one of the worst. Also I don't know how they managed to miss 2/3 ingredients. Super disappointed in the service.
Drive thru Saturday am. 24 minute wait. Still did get to order. Left. Crazy
My order has been wrong a number of times, and the line is always so long (but not their fault). Also, it closes quite frequently due to lack of employees I'm guessing? But also, not their fault. Really good food though, never disappointed
I have been sitting in the drive thru for almost 35 minutes now and haven’t moved more than a few inches at most. Don’t bother coming here if you’re in a hurry even thou they say it’s fast food
Wish they would open the inside, at least to be able to order at the counter. The drive thru times are terrible as a result. I love Wendy's food, but that wait gets horrible.
Only drive thru but was fast and hot. Just wish bathrooms were open
Super slow service. Waited in line for 20 minutes. Got up to the speaker and waited some more. Cars at the window were getting their food and pulling away, finally said hello and they took my order. Got up to the window and could see 3 employees standing around. Will not come here again.
Great customer service, even though were short staffed they were quick and friendly.

This one is always busy. It seems like All the time. But, they have a good crew and they get it done.
