everything is okay I guess .except when I got home my order is incomple.I called and complained about it and they said I will get a free bread next time I come ,really .?My point is they should be checking everything although its my mistake that I trusted them when they said yes everything is there .It would be nice to have the bread in the meal right now but have to come again drive all the way just to get a bread. Thanks for their mistake .

We enjoy dinner there. It's one of the few places the kiddos will go and actually eat.

Great food. Waitress was a sweetheart. Men's bathroom not so clean

Usually always great service. Much better than Elkhart's branch. The steak cooks could use some new training these days though.

First time to the one in Warsaw, it was a Friday night at 6, put our name on the list before we headed that way and then were able to get in. I was with my parents and their friends, all 4 late seventies and older, hard of hearing, etc. The server was probably the best we’ve ever had, very sweet and patient and helpful. Then the steak (Ribeye) was absolutely phenomenal. This small town restaurant puts a lot of Indianapolis ones to shame.

My table ordered steaks, ribs. My dining companions say they always order the ribs, reliably good. I had a steak, very good, done correctly. Sides were also good, generous servings. (Although they ran out of baked potatoes.) Just the right amount of attention from our server. Explains why the wait was nearly two hours for a table in the dining area. We shortened our wait considerably by going to the bar.

Excellent food, service was a little slow but over all very enjoyable.

Embarrassed by the lack of customer service and work ethic at Texas Roadhouse in Warsaw tonight. We are here to celebrate our grandmothers 89th birthday and they sat us at 2 separate tables. There are only 11 of us. About 15 feet from where we are now all separated, there is a section where we could all sit together at the same table. We kindly requested to be moved there, and explained that it was a special occasion. They said “that section isn’t open” and they could not move us because that would mean the waitress would have to “close down” 6 tables. Mind you, not serve 6 tables. Just clean them at the end of the night. I asked why they could not just “close down” the 2 tables they sat us at and “open up” the other 2 tables so we could sit together. She said that the other 2 were already cleaned, and if we moved they would have to clean the 2 they originally sat us at and the 2 we want to move to. She explained that it takes 10 minutes to “close down” a table and she would be doubling her closing duties if she moved us. We again kindly requested that they make an exception, and they just refused. What is this world coming to? I understand people are short-staffed and good workers are hard to come by. But this is a silly policy. Do better Texas Roadhouse. Do better waitress A.B. Do better management of the Warsaw restaurant. Happy birthday Grandma. Sorry we can’t see or hear each other. ?

We are at the Texas Roadhouse yesterday, June 18, 2022 and Jewel was our waitress. She was one of the nicest waitresses we have ever had. Her service was excellent. She was so nice and kind as well. It made our dinner at one of our favorite restaurants an even more enjoyable time. Thank you Jewel.

Great food & great service ?
