I try to give grace and kindness to others wherever possible. However, this place needs some work. The food was terrible, the staff were unprofessional, and the facility was dirty, not to mention the staff members were not aware of proper sanitation and hygiene procedures... I understand that food service is fast-paced and can be stressful, especially since the amount of people who eat out has increased due to the pandemic. That stress should never be projected onto your customers. Also, especially when in a professional setting, cuss words should never be used and definitely not within the earshot of the customers. We all have bad days, guys. There's a difference between tired and stressed versus lazy and apathetic. If you aren't committed to giving 100% effort to your position, then quit and let someone else step in and do it better! We ended up throwing most of our food away without touching it. What we did eat was disgusting.

I've literally been sitting in the drive thru for 45 minutes now. Unfortunately, with the way the drive is designed I'm stuck. I ordered a chicken gordita supreme, which I have been able to get at the other location with no issue, and told me they couldn't make one. They have all the ingredients. It's literally a chulupa with out the fried bread. I know places are understaffed, but this is ridiculous.
It's a very popular place at night, but your gonna wait in the drive thru lineFOREVER!!!!! I'm a doordasher and I refuse to take an order from them after the lobby closes. You'll be in line for 35 to 85 minutes its ridiculous that will cost a doordasher money waiting that long so I just don't take them. Sorry to say but I've had a bad experience everytime I've been there
Would defiantly consider hiring a whole new first shift staff managers included. sat in drive thru for 3 to 5 minutes with no answer or consideration and considering they get there at 7am or so to then not be able to greet or even say anything ridiculous, I've worked fast food for 3 to 4 years and loved it and even on the hard days tried my best to it least say hello to some one in a ample time period.It shows you care enough to greet someone and considering this store is 3 stars shows that management or even the owners don't care and considering that will effect an entire staffs attitude to there work, and now adays positive mindset and culture are everything in business a lot more then the money you make.And to the people that work here and actively try to do there best on a daily basis thank you to the other people that just don't care find a different job or leech off the government because your more then likely letting your team or teammates suffer.

Can’t go in.Won’t come to the door if you knock.If you want to correct your order you have to wait in the 20+ minute drive through AGAIN. !!!!!!!!!!!!!RIDICULOUS. If you pay for something - you should get it. What the heck??? Horrible service. Every. Single. time.

Honestly every time I go there they are slow everyone there has attitude. And your food is cold or made wrong.
I’m updating my review on here specifically for how my service was this past evening. In the past it has been pretty bad, but tonight was sort of a miracle. I showed up around 9ish and they were open but wrapped out to the kohl’s parking lot. Fortunately it only took 10 minutes from the time I pulled into line to be pulling out. I had a pretty big complicated order, but it was all correct and hot. There was only 2 people working and they killed it! Super friendly and fast. I hope this is the new norm for them.
