Starbucks is good, but they never get my drink right?
Not sure why this bothered me so much but I'm standing there watching them make our drinks. I then noticed that they are using Kroger brand ingredients to make my drink!!!! I just paid good money for that lg!!! Why didn't I get a discounted price I paid for Starbucks
It would be nice if whom ever orders there products would start doing there job correctly. Always out of stuff. I guess I'll stop coming here. Getting sick of waiting in huge line wrapped around the building just to be told we don't have said item. Huge waste of my time

They lost a star when they didn't bring back the salted caramel mocha!
It's more about the convenience that anything. Not a huge Starbucks fan (and I'm from Seattle), but I enjoy their vanilla Chai Frappuccino.
This Starbucks, and the Kroger it is located in, will never be visited by myself again.Trying to be nice, so that is all I will say...

Friendly ataff. They remember how we like the beverages...example: when we add or subtract something from the drink, they make it right and we're usually talking to them while they're making it.
