I loved the tea & outside seating. My husband loved the coffee.
If only I could give zero stars. The bathrooms are dirty and no hand soap. My two kids and I stood at the counter waiting to order and all 5 people behind the counter didn't even look at us, just kept doing whatever it was they were doing. I ran a Starbucks for a few years and was with the company for almost 14 years. This is ridiculous. I never have a great experience stopping here but today took the cake. We left after a few min of waiting to order...a few minutes. Really? Unreal. Maybe get qualified people to work here or a manager who cares enough to take the time to train their partners. I was blown away but the utter lack of the third place and general care for anyone else in that store. Starbucks, for the past year, seems to have given up and I've officially given up on them, too. Good riddance.

Love it here still they always know my drink as soon as I walk in..and they make the best upside down Karma macchiato.
The bathroom was disgusting. No soap. Smelled of urine. Floor covered in what I hope was water. The sink was filthy. I’ve been in the bathroom of 24 hour truck stops next to hourly rate motels that were in better condition
I’ve been going to Starbucks for a long time but here recently I have been dealing with a lot of wrong items when I order and some employees have been very rude. Wouldn’t recommend going here or to this location.
Nice coffee as always they just need put some tables outside now with the war weather

When this store is open they’re rockstars. They’re super nice when I come in. However they can’t seem to get their staff to stay healthy. Seems it’s every other week people get Covid. When they are open, mobile ordering is turned off half the time.
