So I just moved back to Warsaw from the PNW I have high expectations of a place with good reviews. Even in small towns.I walk in and I’m not greeted politely I’m stared by the two hosts, it felt I walked into a place I shouldn’t have.I am told that my wait is going to be 25-30min. I sit down and the host magically has a table 5 min later.I get sat. Okay cool thanks. A couple walks in with their kids and gets sat immediately zero hesitation and greeted politely. As I waited for the other two people in my party to arrive my service is decent I order a coffee. My party gets here, the server comes up but she’s in such a hurry we can’t get a word in that we would like our order taken.I look at the other table that arrived right after I did and they’re practically done eating. We have waited another 30 min at this point.I’m packing my food Togo as I write this. The service was terrible to say the least we will not be coming back.I’m a cook myself, I understand what happens when small kitchens get backed up but that’s why the service aspect of the restaurant should make up for that. By warning the clientele about the slow service and wait times. The assumptions could have been avoided and so could a bad time.We tried the glazed donut holes (damn good) but no they’re not damn good they don’t have flavor and are very lightly glazed.

The service was great. The drinks were delicious and the food was phenomenal! Our server was Emma and she did not disappoint. It was an amazing birthday dinner.

If you are looking for a nice trendy place to eat this IS the spot! Loved it!

Enjoyed our drinks, starters, dinner and dessert. Great service. The menu offers a good variety. Highly recommend Rua.

This is such a chic little restaurant hidden in what seems to be a pretty dead town. It's one of the first restaurants to start revitalizing the downtown and it has not only an amazing atmosphere but also amazing food. The waitress was such a joy and we loved her. The orange mimosa was delicious. The tomato soup and grilled cheese was an elevated experience and yummy comfort food. The biscuits and gravy was huge, flavorful and filling.

A must visit place grate brunch menu and cocktails. Great staff nice service. Chicken and waffles was the boom really good!

A leisurely brunch at Rua today. They were pretty busy, but the service was good and the food, both savory and sweet, was very good. I had really missed those potatoes.
