Poor service and food quality wasn't good. The cashier at register seemed clueless as to how to order a salad and the kitchen staff didn't seem to know how to make it! Worse part is that they're not cheap in cost but rather in their quality as previously mentioned. Wouldn't go bk and dont recommend. I'm surprised it has been in business for a long time bec the food isn't good.

Delicious food and excellent service. The manager, Ashley has a great crew working with her.

It was great! There were some cranky customers, but that is understandable because the restaurant was short on workers during the lunch rush..however those whom were working were give it their all, including those that were just being trained..Food was fresh and my two girls had a great fun time, just like I remember the restaurant when I was a kid. I really like the Wally bucks they give the kids in the kids meals..They can save them for bigger prizes or get a shake..I was willing to wait for a new batch of chicken to come up while the girls admired the Easter decor..

Local favorite. It's just a nostalgic place for me. Love the food, feel, and memories.

Stopped in there on my way to work tonight and their sign said they were open until 10pm and they were closed at 8:15pm. Not sure why they advertise that they are open until 10pm but apparently close hours before.

Food was delicious and fresh. Worker's were friendly and quick with our order.

When I go home for the holidays, one the first places I go is Penguin Point. The tenderloin is my favorite. And this place brings back the fondest memories growing up in that area.

Super disappointing. Just got back in town after being gone for 10+ years only to find out that the A+ service we always received no longer existed. My burger was so overcooked it was rock hard. They forgot a large order of fries. The gravy was visibly burnt and tasted it. Then gave no silverware to eat the beans or mashed potatoes with.

You All Need To Be Re-Instructed On How To Fry Chicken Properly. Fried Chicken Should Be CRISPY. The Batter Shouldn't Come Out Soft And Soggy On Fried Chicken.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger meal. Quite possibly the smallest burger patty I've ever seen. Good flavor though.
