Since the buyout , tenderloins , buns and chicken have went down hill, my family and I have been very disappointed the last several times we ate there, it was our favorite place to go before.
Came all the way from Ohio to get a taste of home (originally from Warsaw). Excellent service at the lower Huntington rd restaurant. Way to step it up and ensure your customers are valued!!!! Highly recommend it!
Such a disappointment. I went here many times as a kid/teenager not really knowing what food was so I never thought anything about it. I stopped going for several years and whenever I feel like trying penguins point I'm just sad and disappointed. They constantly mess up the order or dont hesr everything I ask for, they are always out of one thing or another, and the food just really sucks. I went there on sunday 15 May 2022 and I got their, "famous tenderloin". It wasnt even crispy and it didnt even really taste like anything. I can go across the street and get a mcchicken for a fraction of the cost and better taste.Penguine Point needs to reevaluate thier business model, the quality of the food, the food they sell, and update their establishments.
NO NO NO. went here at 5 pm they were dead at the Columbia city location. I asked for 2 big wally with extra wally sauce they were so darn dry all of it the bread the meat,the sauce tasted funny. I specifically asked for it to be fresh and it wasn't cheese wasn't even melted. never Again. I called and talked to a aka manager Joshua from Goshen to try and replace my order with a coupon cuz I live 20 minutes away. and he just said next time u come in just get them,I'm like I don't even want to eat there I want a refund ugh he said he was the manager and that the store didn't have one at that location all very confusing it was sooo gross. I wish I had a corporate number it was just unacceptable.
Poor service. Same employee twice tried to give slack maybe new? new or not no customer service. Waited 20 minutes for food nothing asked for money back. Manager said her fault yea shes on duty but employee is responsible. Looked like employee had gone on break glad I wasn't on my lunch hourChicken is a tricky thing to make
Just ordered 3 regular vanilla shakes and they messed that up. They didn't know there regular was there smallest size and they were charging me for a large.
I like food they've always had the best fries in town
Got a triple cheeseburger. Service was fast, burger was delicious thank you Will, the cook on duty
Shakes and fry's half price 2 to 4pm is a great deal.
