Worst Panda Express I’ve ever been to. Every time I go there is always a long wait time. I placed an online order to avoid the wait time and when I got there I still had to wait for 10 minutes before the lady even spoke to me. When she finally greeted me I told her I was picking up an online order and she said they didn’t have the chicken I ordered prepared yet and it would be a 15 minute wait. This was on my lunch break and I ordered online for a reason, I only get a short lunch break, so I obviously couldn’t wait. I would have had time to go somewhere else if the lady wouldn’t have made wait 10 minutes to begin with before telling me they didn’t even have what I ordered. I typically avoid this Panda and have for the past 2 years, but I was in Warsaw and thought maybe it’s gotten better and decided to give it another try. Lesson learned. I also did not get a refund for the food that I never got.
This Panda Express is a joke. Their times are always incorrect on the website. They may offer drive through service, they may not. It’s literally luck of the draw. They may have certain food on their menus, they may not. The worst part of the fall out of from the pandemic isn’t supply chain shortages, labor shortages, or inflation, it’s our acceptance of lower standards.
My first time there thru drive-thru. The food is great! The young staff friendly. But the manager must've been having a really bad day. I told her I was new..... she stopped taking my order. Then when I got to the window i had to tap on the glass to get her attention ? so I could finish my order.She told me, I said just a min. Don't you know I have the front to deal with too?Aaaah no I don't. I've never there before.I told her that back at the drive thru.
Prices are up. Quantities are down and the tables are rarely cleaned. I ordered a bowl with orange chicken and had to ask for the bowl to be filled. They tried to give me 3-4 pieces of orange chicken.
Absolutley horrible drive thru service as well as food. Beef and broccoli was just broccoli, walnut shrimp was dry, egg rolls burnt and both the chow mein and rice were dry and undercooked and flavorless. The attendant for drive thru kept messing up our order due to the employees carrying on inside. She kept saying what did you say? Or did you say? PANDA EXPRESS has become garbage express. Go e are the days of good service, hearty portions, and great tasting food. Bourbon chicken used to be a staple. 0 stars in my opinion.
I asked for extra terriyaki sauce and soy sauce and she said you have to order it online. There's no where to order it online. And food was just okay. Not as good as when it first opened
Got the kids meal per usual - normally fills me up. Smallest portions I've ever seen. It wouldn't have fed my 4yr old nephew. Rice wasn't fully cooked, and had no flavor. Chicken tasted old and overcooked. Was given pre-packaged dried apple crisps instead of the cookie, which I was okay with. Honestly the apple crisps were the highlight of the meal. Side note- one vehicle in front of me and still waited 5+ min to order. They may have just been having an off day today- but I was not impressed.
Dirty, crunchy noodles, crunchy and old chicken. It takes everyone a while to find utensils. They didn't poison me though so I'll give two instead of one star...
I normally don’t ever write bad reviews but when I went and ordered orange chicken and fried rice, Half of the fried rice was hard and when I called the store the lady I talked to asked if I saw what they put in the box. And I said yes but you can’t tell if rice is hard and crunchy just by looking at it. She was very rude and tried to make it my fault because I could tell that the rice was hard. The picture is how much of the rice was crunchy and inedible. There was more crunchy rice but I ate a few bites not thinking most of it would be crunchy
So I love this place always fresh and hot. So I went in today cuz I didn't feel like cooking and I haven't been there in a long time. Got the family meal plus veggie rolls. Love egg rolls. So I get home and everything is fire. Only problem I have is the veggie rolls. Worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. The inside was nothing but paste and it tastes old. First time I have ever gotten something there that I didn't like. Still five star like always. Not mad at all just think they need to change up the rolls a bit.
