I have had a lot of bad McDonalds experiences lately but this was by far the worse. Had to repeat myself when ordering through drove thru 3 times felt like employee wasn't paying attention. Then manager gives my food, never says hi, thank you or have a nice day. Pull away and start eating and my quarter pounder is so greasy it is dripping off my hand with ketchup and all over my shirt and pants. Reach for a napkin and wasn't given any. Bottom line they have increased pricing while decreasing quality of food and caring staff.
Drive thru and inside were very busy. McDonald's was giving the drive thru their food, but not the people standing at the counter. People were waiting a long time. The poor kids at the register couldn't give me change back by counting it himself. I had to tell him what to give me back. One 5, three ones, 3 quarters, a dime and 4 pennies. Sad that doesn't say much for our school systems. The printer didn't work. The lady kept calling out ticket numbers, my husband told her none of us have receipts. My husband went to the bathroom, the floors were sticky paper towels all over the floor. He said it was just nasty. We will never eat here again.
Good lord, pretty well staffed this morning and still unable to get orders out to dining room guests. Focus a little less on your drive through orders and recognize that you have customers waiting for 20 mins or more for their simple orders inside your store!
Today I ordered a hamburger with tomato, onion and mayonnaise only and an unsweetened iced tea. The person taking the order repeated everything to me correctly. When I went to the window to pay, the cashier said you had the hamburger and the sweet tea. I told her it should have been unsweetened tea, so she corrected it in the system. I picked up my unsweetened tea and my hamburger at the second window. When I unwrapped my hamburger, it had lettuce and bacon only on it.\\n\\nUnbelievable!
So, I was just at the McDonalds on Commerce Dr in Warsaw, IN. Safe to say, will never be going back.\\n\\nI was in the play area with Wendolynn, and she wanted to play on this bouncing thing. I set her up on it and started bouncing it. After Wendy was done with it, she left that area. Now, I had taken my medicine and my medicine does make me light headed at times. I ended up balancing my knee on the toy and an employee started scolding me. Now, I wouldn’t have had such a problem with it, but she was treating me like a child and decided to do it in front of everyone that was there. She not only embarrassed me but she growled and rolled her eyes after telling me multiple times, after I had already taken my knee off of it, that I was way too old for it. I have pretty bad social anxiety and when put in situations like this, I do have panic attacks. Patrick had witnessed this and went to talk to a manager to let them know that the employee did not handle the situation well. That she could have came over to speak with me privately and then I could have told her about not feeling well. The manager said that the employee was just doing her job. Although, she defended her, she had the employee come apologize for the misunderstanding. I appreciated that. The employee came and said sorry, but at this point, my panic attack had made me non verbal. The employee apologized and when all I did was nod my head, she pushed me slightly and said “hey I’m talking to you”. I told her to not touch me, as I am a survivor of domestic violence. She rolled her eyes and said “well sorry” walked off and started laughing while mocking my telling her not to touch me.\\n\\nI am very disappointed and will not be coming back.
My grandson love to come here and play at the playground inside. They'res even a spot for smaller kids 2 and under to run within the unit of funland lol .. also the staff here is always polite and fast! And correct any mistakes made if needed. It's pretty clean, but they do have trouble keeping up with cleaning tables and trash, due to high traffic in and outs.. I say hire someone just for that alone. But over all, this palace is a great place to hang with the kiddos , specially on a cold rainy day

I just ran through the drive-thru. It was very fast service. I always have liked this McDonald's over the one in Columbia City just for the fact of their French fries are so much better. I don't know why that would be, but that's my opinion.
I'm a truck driver do I'm used to not receiving the best customer service but today I received the best of the best service ever. They treated me like family and made my food amazingly. With a smile.
