Ok so. They are short staffed for a 9 pm rush. Manager? outside talking to a girl and guy in a car. Another guy goes outside to tell her something, comes in and says I’m out. The car people come in wearing beach clothes and start taking food while other people who paid are waiting. She then says “bye momma” to which the other woman says “bye baby.” Wow.
Very poor food and service. Lady/girl in drive though laughing and joking with someone during my entire order; stopped the speaker twice, I had to repeat the order 3 times, then she missed a sandwich on the order. Nuggets were old and hard as a rock, fries were also old, soggy and had no salt. One of the worst McDonald’s we have ever eaten at.
The place was a mess!!!! Service was soooooo slow! The drive-thru was busy, but the dining room only had a few people. Several people came in and left without even ordering because the service was so poor. The manager looked at us at least three times as we were waiting to order...finally acknowledged us after the thrid time. It appeared they are understaffed. The food was decent, however. Just don't stop in if you are in a hurry!
Throughout the Covid 19 pandemic, many businesses have implemented masking requirements at different times. With my personal views aside, I fully support a businesses right to implement this rule as they see fit. The aspect that REALLY irritates me is when a business, such as this McDonalds, does it with hypocrisy. The signage on the door very clearly states that customers are to wear a mask when entering. What I did NOT find inside was a single employee who was masked. I love this chain, but until this particular restaurant has either clearer guidance, or is willing to do the same as it asks of it's customers, I will dine elsewhere.
I went to McDonald's today and im giving it 4 stars because i got a Mcchicken with only pickles and ketchup and the pickles were on top of the bun like on top of the sandwich and i found it funny and i was having a bad day. The reason its 4 stars tho is bc my fries were unsalted. Every-time i go through they are never salted!
I normally go through this McDonald’s about 3 to 4 times a week for breakfast or lunch I have always been impressed with their speed and how friendly they are.Tonight I decided to swing by after work and I ordered through the app I guess I accidentally selected pick up instead of drive-through delivery. After making me go through the drive-through twice (because I was apparently holding up the line) they proceeded to tell me I ordered pick up and I would need to go inside to pick up my order.I know McDonald’s employees aren’t known for their hard work, but it would’ve at least been courteous of them to just give me my order out the drive-through window instead of making me come inside. I don’t really want to get out of my car in 20° weather while it’s snowing just because the McDonald’s employee would rather put my order on the counter than out the window.Maybe I expect too much out of people or maybe no one on the McDonald’s night shift cares about other people.
I'm a doordasher and I absolutely love this McDonald's!!!!!! I don't care how long the line is they always slam it out fast and they have great packaging for their doordash orders!!!! I refuse to go to Taco bell after dark because the lines are long and take forever but don't worry about McDonald's if you see a line it won't be there long I'll take those orders all day long!!!!
Went to this location today and they told us to told to the next window and forgot we were there. When they realized we were they the lady that told us to pull ahead asked what we had. And then did not give us all the food we paid for. Go to the other McDonald’s in the area! This location does not have the proper training!
Chealsy and Jenni are superstaff and made our visit great !The best McDonald's! Great serviceand a very clean establishment!We were traveling from Indiana toColumbus, OH. Super fresh food ! ? ☆☆☆☆☆ ?
The food isn't my problem. The service staff could use a serious review on common ethics. Rude and disrespectful doesn't begin to describe these people.
