Asked for receipt in drive thru... “it’s broken” both windows refused. I know receipts come back drive, I worked at US 30 for 3 and a half yrs!!! I also know receipts can be Re printed and duplicate and I know that it can be moved to a printer ona diff enter register!! They just didn’t want to give us one!! I keep my receipts especially when we pay with card!!! I don’t appreciate being denied of our receipt period, especially when the food end up being nasty!! No napkins at all soggy cold fries soggy cold nuggets hardly any napkins barely any sauce for a 40 piece!!! Should get at least 2 sauces per 10 piece but guess they don’t even want to give that much there. Asked girl at second window about getting a manager about the receipt yet she never got the manager, just looked at me like I was stupid!!!! Worst McDonald’s ever. Was glad to finally see something open 24 hrs, and I’m not that into fast food anyways, but the kids like it and we like to treat them some and we’re going near by to fly a kite anyways..... rude staff, no receipt, slow awful service and nasty cold soggy food!!
Was just there went in side and waited at the counter they just looked at me and walked past me for about 5to10 minutes then all of a sudden there lobby was closed and I had to leave terrible place
Waited 30+ minutes. Pros- our order was correct, the fries were hot. Cons- stale bread, old dry sticky chicken nuggets, no straw or ketchup or napkinsI have to assume/hope they were busy and understaffed
Spent 25 dollars. Drove 10miles home. Found out was short a big Mac and a large fry. Call store said to come back he would take care of it. But at 4 dollars a gallon gas now I told him would be in latter in week to get food. His excuse was they are doing there best that they can. Iam sorry but that's no excuse.
I ordered 2 of the crispy chicken sandwich ..got home to find out they were in foil lined bags.. they were hot.. but steam made the buns soggy and the chicken wasn't crispy any more...now why would you do this ???
The crew at McDonald's did an excellent job ? ? ? ? ?, they we're short workers..THE LOBBY IS OPEN,,JUST HAVE patients,,excellent service & management ? ? ? ?
Staff are nice but overwhelmed and wait times are usually unacceptable. Food is done well but McCafe drinks have not in my experience.
I work here. The employees go above and beyond to make your visit a good one, and your food to your liking
Their app and the maps app said there were open at 5am, I sat in line for 30 minutes before realizing they didn't open till 7 due to staff shortages. At least change the times on the apps so people know not to try to come order.
The people that work the night shift are AMAZING !!!!!! They fly through that drive thru like it's nothing very fast and speedy
