Long delivery! Ordered a pizza at 12:59pm and hadn't heard anything at all by 2:09pm. Called the store and they said the guy was out delivering, but when he gets back he would get my order and bring it. Not sure what time I'll be eating lunch, but I'm guessing 3:00pm at this point since it's now 2:20pm. Give an estimated delivery time next time so I know if I actually want to wait 2 hours.
My co-workers and I placed an order for delivery. The store called back and said we are now out of the delivery area. I asked since when, we routinely have lunch delivered about once a week. The last delivery that was made 4 days ago.
Incredibly slow and the people working there are rude. Don't give an estimated time of half an hour if you expect it to take over 2 hours! Unprofessional
Had a pickup order. Quoted 45 minutes-ish. Went in and they hadn’t even started the order. Lots of people behind the line. Confused what the delay was for a pickup? Told me it would be at least another hour. Also came to a full parking lot and made a makeshift parking spot. Worker came out to tell me to move. No? Lol. Full parking lot and only 1 other customer inside. Maybe employees shouldn’t park where customers would park. Cancelled, went to papa johns who seemed just as busy and they got it done in 15. This was probably the third and final time I’ve had to go through this. Doubt management *actually* cares about losing 1 customer. But, buyer beware!
Placed an order with 50-60min until delivery. After an hour of waiting we called and the pizza had ‘just went in the oven.’ Are you kidding? At least another 30min wait. Store had no problem cancelling my order which makes me wonder if they even bothered to start making it. Dominos pizza can be good but stay away from this shop.Update March 2022: still horrible. Placed a carryout with 1 hour estimated pickup. Went in at 1 hour and was told it would be at least another hour. Terrible service and staff literally couldn’t care less.
It has taken 3 hours this time to get 2 medium 2 topping pizzas and an order of garlic twists.. last time it took 2 hours in the snow.. also last time i had ordered 2 medium pizzas, garlic twists and cinnamon twists and i got all cinnamon twists...i want calling because of the snow and it had already taken m 2 hours.. ugh im a regular customer and i tip well.
Pizza was COLD!!!! Was offered in store credit, as a truck driver, not sure when I would be back, that would be a no go. Wasted $30 bucks, with tip!!!
Slow service..I understand being busy but when your told 15-45 minutes and it talkes 1hr and 45 minutes and had to wait in the parking lot for over a hr.

Bad service , screwed up orders several times , manager Zach has zero regard for correcting a situation they made, basically take it or leave it. Not the first issue , always with him however. Also he manipulates the pickup times by marking pizzas as started or in the oven before they are even prepped , then when you show up after the app says they are ready for pickup they have not even been started. This guy has to go.
