Like their commercial says, great food great people and to those that don't know we will soon be blessed with a duplicate store to feed the areas love of this burger, and custard joint that doesn't disappoint except for the price. Then again everything these days has skyrocketed and culver's is starting even out with everyone.

Weirdest vibe I have ever gotten from a Culver's. There were, like, 10 people working, but it took forever to get our food. That's whatever; we don't mind waiting. But some of the workers were really awkward- one of them (young female) kept staring at us across the restaurant. Rest assured, we are not that interesting. And the bathrooms were a story by themselves. They both had broken major fixtures, and some real sus people hanging out in them. Would not go back to this one, it was too strange an experience.

What the heck happened to this place. I placed a to go order inside, and it took 40 minutes. During my long waiting period one person got a refund for poor food, and 3 others returned orders that weren't right. They brought our food on a tray after we told them it was to go. We got home food was cold. So we microwaved it. Hope the new store is better. I wan't the old management back. Somone from main office needs to visit this place.

Food tasted good but was very slow, about 30 minutes for carryout. No ice in the self-service drink station and the water appeared to be not working (maybe a sensor) in the men's bathroom. The cheese for my fries was filled about halfway.

I’m sorry but you shouldn’t have to wait 25+ min in the drive thru AFTER ordering your food to get what you have already paid for. This is ridiculous. There should be absolutely no reason for those extreme long wait times, it’s just not worth it.

Sitting in drive thru line. Asked manager how much longer. He said they are working as fast as they can. I’ve been in line for over 40 minutes since paying. Watched 2 employees leave at 7:03 pm. If they were having these issues all they had to do is warn me before I ordered. If there are not enough employees, don’t open both drive thru and lobby. Lotsa angry people in lobby. I guess I’ll wait till my food comes out, what else can I do. At least I’ll have watered down drinks from 45 minutes ago. Never again.

Normally, we have a good experience here but tonight was horrible. We waited 40 minutes for our food and then they only brought 4 of our 5 meals we ordered. We told them we were still waiting on a meal and they said they would prioritize it. We waited 15 more minutes before we had to go up and get it and still had to wait five more minutes for them to make it. My son waited an hour for his cheeseburger. Not ok.

Love Culver's always eating there. But 2 days ago it was horrible. The line didn't move fast at all. Then come to find out that the large onion rings that come in that plastic container, no longer are served there. The guy that came out had only worked there for 3 days and obviously doesn't know the menu yet. I kept trying to explain about the container and he just said he doesn't know. So Culver's did you stop selling the large order if onion rings?? The line was horrible that day and my burger was burnt.. I have never had a bad experience at that location. The parking is horrible there. Getting to the drive thru is horrible on most days. But still I love their food. I should of came inside. But that lot was packed...

Always love going to Culver’s , never had a burger that wasn’t good until today ! Ordered 2 double butter burgers and a fish dinner, got home the meat was burnt and bottom bun hard as a rock, called Culver’s in Warsaw spike to said manager told her how bad it was and all she could say is I’ll let the kitchen know.. seriously at least offer to let me bring food back and exchange for something fresh or at least offer a refund or free burger next trip.. I will not go back I’ve been a good customer for years but this was the worst and managers response I responsible.,
