went and ordered food the guy never read back the order to us to make sure it was right went and paid for it didn't get time to check the receipt until after our food came out the guy didn't even get our whole order had to pull back threw drive and wait in line then when telling them he didn't get our whole order and never double checked our order before telling us our total always have problems with missing food or messing up orders this is the first time I been to bk in months cause of this reason
Jeez, I drive around a lot so I also try several different locations of the same chain. It's fast food we don't expect everything to be perfect or 5* food... That being said we don't expect every single item to have an issue.I ordered 2 number 2 breakfast meals. One with a small coffee (they got the sugar and creamer wrong) and one medium ice with some coke (apparently), for some reason they gave me a diet one. One sandwich was okay, if okay meant soggy and cold enough the cheese didn't even start to melt. The second one was even worse, with the same issue as the first but this time the cheese wasn't even half on the sandwich, the bacon was stacked (and not as in fully loaded, as in three slices one on top of the other.)Asked for ketchup... Got none...Shouldn't even have to ask for napkins but again... Got None.And I get that coffee should be hot but let's maybe not go for boiling?All of that was served with an attitude and a wait time... For cold and soggy sandwiches...Best BK Location So Far: Ft. Wayne next to Parkview.Officially took place of the worst: Warsaw next to taco bell.
I'm not sure you really want to hear this review I'm gonna try to be as nice as possible possible yeah never mind there's no point in that if you feel like spending $21 on something that's wrong 3 times and spending a 1/2 an hour in gas waiting Then this is your location I'm not mad at the lady on the window she was sweet but whatever's going on back in that kitchen is all kinds of messed up If you can't provide a certain sandwich or service why would you even accept it at the drive-through window in the 1st place and then try to negotiate some sort of weird substitute sandwich I don't even know and then they gave us like a Burger that wasn't even a Burger that gave us the impossible Burger instead you don't like I don't know Fun for the whole family
By far the worst burger king I've ever been too. Ordered a whopper meal and double Whopper . They told us after we got to the window that the grill caught fire and it would be a few minutes to make new burgers . Said fine no big deal. Then handed us completely burnt patties that definitely weren't real meat . Went back through they said would we except whopper jrs instead . Said fine and told them what was on them . Every one was ice cold and mine was to be no tomato . 1 came with no tomato but had cheese on it . The other 2 had only ketchup and Cheese. Again went back through the drive thru and they looked at me like I did something wrong. Then they took the 2 jr's and halfway scraped the cheese off and added toppings. That is completely unsanitary and against health codes for sure . I will be contacting the corporate office tomorrow for sure . The fries and onion rings and burgers were less than room temperature . Another health code violation. These places have gotten extremely bad in the last several years . This one by far was the worst .
Burger King has stepped up their game. Great service and better ingredients than before. I would rather go to BK than any other fast food joint in town.
Okay after some major regret this will be the last time that I eat at this Burger King. At this point I might as well just cook at home!!!! My daughter is 3 and easily pleased as for me I got a Whopper with cheese, my cheese was ice cold and it wasn't even placed on the meat. The manager kindly remade my burger himself but put about 10 lbs of ketchup on it and it was extremely sloppy. I do wish I could time travel back to before they tore it down when the food was FANTASTIC.... I'm very disappointed but I do appreciate the replacement, that's why I gave it 1*?
Food good, but I think theyre understaffed like everywhere else, so it took 20 min to get food. And a couple people in line in front of me got tired of the wait and left.
2-14-22Staff hustled, was friendly , included banter. Threw down fresh fries, received food in great time. Crew has a good thing going for them.You better treat them kids right cause one bad experience will ward me off for at least a yr. (ex.-Stopped going to McDs 3+yrs ago). . Keep up the great job ?
Show up at 12am. Online says open till 2am. I'm in the drive through and two other vehicles behind me. No service so I drive up to the window and there two employees stuffing there faces with food and ignoring us. Started yelling at us and said there closed when there clearly not. Ridiculous that burger king has people working for them that treat customers like this. Not impressed, pathetic service. NOT HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS
They have good food here, though some of the burgers are a little bland to me. The last time I stopped by here, they weren't open when the maps and their app said they would be.
