Food was cold , ordered our appetizer and it all came out together. So it was not good . Way overpriced.
My family has came here a few times in hopes this would get better. The service here is absolutely horrible. The last time we came (and will forever be our last time) it took about a hour to even get 1 order of cheese curds as an appetizer. There were people who was here the same time as us that got their food and left before we got our appetizer. The reasoning we got was some food takes longer to cook than others. Meaning an entires table is easier to cook than cheese curds. DO NOT COME HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO SPEND AN ENTIRE DAY JUST FOR LUNCH!!!!!*UPDATEWe got half of our order finally and it came out burnt!!!
If I could leave 0 starts, I would. The server was friendly and attentive at first. The positive experience stopped there. We waited an hour for our food despite being one of two tables in the dining room. When our food finally arrived the wings were room temperature, and you could tell by the consistency of the sauce, they had sat under the heat for a significant amount of time. When the manager came over to talk to us, she was unapologetic, and was only interested in defending herself and the kitchen. The manager offered to remake the wings (albeit begrudgingly), but we waited another 15 minutes after being told 5 minutes for those. As we left (without our remade wings) we heard the manager and server talking about the ordeal in a very unprofessional manner. The manager was saying she would bot be giving us a discount (which we never asked for), to which the server responded “Yeah but you know people, they’ll just complain until they get something.” Needless to say, we will not be back, and I recommend you spend your money elsewhere.

I got shorted on the number of wings delivered and the meal would have been more appetizing if they had just completely left out the celery and carrots, as the excuse for vegetables they included were clearly a few days out of date.
They ran out of wings!!! Both traditional and boneless!!
If I could have written this with no stars, I would have. I called in an order and was treated rudely by an employee because I didn’t understand her (she was talking extremely fast and mumbling). Was told the order would be ready on 20 minutes. We go to pick up our order a half hour later and it wasn’t ready. We waiting another half hour before getting our food. Each employee we talked to during this process was rude, short, could care less that anyone was even there. The manager brought our order out and was annoyed with us that we questioned the long wait…seriously?!?! She tried blaming the system, she also told me when I called in my order they weren’t busy…hmmm…so why wasn’t our order started and completed?!?! There was also an excuse for that which made no sense. The managers tone and actions were condescending and inappropriate. I know the entire country is going through a staffing shortage right now BUT, the way we were treated was from a lack of decency and training. A manager should know how to handle a restaurant they are responsible for. They should know how to make up for the mistakes of their systems instead of blaming a computer. They should be problem solvers and have the skills to talk to people. Needless to say, we will never go back to this restaurant again. I will not take the chance to be degraded and talked to so insanely rude in front of my child again.
We go to this location almost every week. The last time we went 2/19/22 all of our food was cold. The cheese fries were overcooked but still cold with just a slice of American cheese on it. Tasted awful. We waited 30 min for our appetizers. Then waited another 30 min for our food. The restaurant was not even busy...For what we paid we could have had texas roadhouse
It took 45 minutes to get our food. They claimed it was the burger that took so long but that is way too long. Our potato wedges had obviously sat so long that they became stuck to the paper liner. I peeled it off as one giant glob of potatos and dried cheese. I'm sure it would have been good fresh. Waitress was nice and very apologetic about the kitchen staff (or lack thereof?) She did forget the carrots and celery we asked for, but at this point, it didn't really matter. I would be ashamed to manage a restaurant this poorly. A stain on the B dub name.
We went there to have supper and there was a 30 minute plus wait, but they had open tables and the host said we just had a party of 30 come in right before you. I said you have open tables and she said we have to wait 30 mins so the kitchen could get caught up. So we waited. Went in after 30 mins and the host told us it would be another 30 mins cause she had another party of 12 that gets to sit first before us. Which she never said anything about the party of 12 when we first got there. So we left. I just don't understand why we have to wait when there was at least 6 tables open the whole time we waited for 30 mins. Also when we were sitting and waiting for 30 mins other customer's we leaving after they were done eating. So when we left there was 10 or more tables open.
